What is they go 7-0 down the stretch and finish 12-4 and win the NFCE and lose in the divisional round again?

We would be stuck with Garrett and still have nothing to show for anything in the post-season
Garrett wouldn't survive that.

I hope you’re right. If by some miracle they do win 7 straight, I could see JJ being “proud of his boys and how they fought” and that clearly only a genius HC could lead a team back from the brink like that (2 years in a row!!)

Just my opinion but I think that we have fielded teams good enough that if we had a genius HC then we would have a few SB since 2007..

I don’t think Garrett is a genius lol... I just think JJ does. He believes Jason is the one to lead him to the promised land

This team went on a 7-1 last year after starting 3-5.

What if all the angst and heat they are facing after this last L causes them to circle the wagons and get right?

What is they go 7-0 down the stretch and finish 12-4 and win the NFCE and lose in the divisional round again?

I realize they would have to beat the Pats— but it would be wild if it played out like this. Would be a nightmare scenario for sure.

We’re not going 7-0. Bet the house on it!

Lions, Bears, and Commanders, I think we can beat.
Rams and Eagles could go either way. Patriots will be a massacre.
Lions game should be interesting this Sunday.

Lions (3-5-1)
Patriots (8-1)
Bills (6-3)
Bears (4-5)
Rams (5-4)
Eagles (5-4)
Commanders (1-8)
Why would the Pats be a massacre? I am curious. The first team they have played this year that is worth anything stomped them. They have been beating up on the Miami and Buffalo and all of a sudden they are scary?

Bro, last years team was much different, there was still hope. At this point there is clarity in terms of Garrett not being the answer and players know it. A run like last years is not something I can honestly see happening, Garrett doesn't have it in him, he knows he's gone in my opinion.

Hawk its not scary hypothetical its just tragic reality no matter what happens with our record if we make the playoffs the divisional round is pretty much our ceiling and we are stuck with Garrett

The only bright spot is Garretts process has progressed from the NFL purgatory of 8-8 to making the playoffs . Sure we draft in a little worse spot but hey the playoffs give us the illusion of HOPE

JG is the puppet JJ needs to let him get his credit and run the team uninterrupted.

That would not be a nightmare scenario. At this point the only way I see them retaining Garrett is if he makes the Super Bowl and if he makes the a Super Bowl with this team then he probably should be retained. But his job should not be saved based on winning out. They should win out or at least lose one game.

They almost need to go 7 - 0 at to make the playoffs at this point. If the Cowboys and Eagles both go 5 - 2, and one of our losses is to the Eagles, the Eagles will win the division and the Cowboys will watch the playoffs on TV.

Eli was having lunch with his family about 10 ft from me today. I wanted to ask him how much the Giants laugh when preparing to face a Garrett led team. I was afraid he would get choked and I would get charged with murder ....

Maybe i can catch him at a better time. I definitely want to ask him that.

I see 10-6 maybe 11-5 well beat the lions, bills and bears i think we avenge last years loss and beat the Rams . the only 2 games i question is the Pats and eagles and i fear the eagles game more than the pats as their backs are against the weall just like us. especially if they lose this wwekend
