I have a Whiskey Block.

Sunday started as the perfect day for me. I drove down to Georgia to watch my favorite musician (Ryan Bingham). We hung out prior to the concert, talked about an old hiking trip. I was given all-access passes but stayed stage centered during the show. Hung out afterwards on the bus and watched the end of the game. Dang, the 4th quarter was all I saw live. The team had a chance, then the strange series of events around the 2 minute mark was mind-boggling. Then the fair-catch.

Drove back to the hotel for serious drinking and the game pass.

Writers block? I don't think so.

Take your pick.
  • 57 yarder
  • 14 points down
  • storming back to tie the game
  • Lead changes
  • 4th quarter come back failure
  • fair catch
This week
  • Garrett defending his ineptitude.
  • Zeke looks fat and tries to defend his poor performance
  • Dak interviews, SMH
  • Collins hurt
  • Williams hurt
  • Heath out
  • Lions without Stafford
  • Dez is looking for a team in need of an X
  • The teams back is against the wall and the players have a laissez faire approach.
Go Dallas!!!

Here comes the moonshine, gonna get drunk come the early morning,

Gonna defend that mediocrity. Two thumbs up.

I didn't read that into this article at all. Maybe Dak and Zeke could be interpreted that way, but this article was critical and cynical about the team's performance to this point and whether they could right the ship.

I couldn't find the author either. Must be anonymous to keep Jerry from firing him.
Nah, he's staying anonymous so Garrett won't find a way to throw him under the bus if we lose to Detroit next Sunday.
"The articles, the speculation, the rumors all kept us on our toes this weekend. The team and the articles distracted me from leading this team to victory."

Gonna guess David Helman, he references "Davey Sunshine" in there

no. i did read it and the points he brought up are what real people are saying but he was just saying "yea, that could be said, " and followed it up with more crap. mainly he was just saying "accept what we got because no change would make a different now"

There really ain't much that can be done at this point. It's not like the OL coach trying to change the philosophy of our linemen. At this stage of the season, we're gonna be what we're gonna be. Now, after the season things become interesting if certain goals ain't met.
