In the first photo, Garrett is yanking on Rudloph's face mask.

While watching the replays, I missed the minor stuff he did prior to getting whacked in the head.

Rudolph instigated the situation, confronted Garrett after his teammates already stepped in then wants to play victim after being clocked.

Garrett doesn’t attempt to pull Rudolph’s helmet if Rudolph doesn’t pull his.

Only problem is Garrett was successful and Rudolph wasn’t. But Rudolph still pursued Garrett even after, gets clocked, and throws his hands up as if to say “hey you see that?”

you guys need to go watch the video and stop looking at screenshots. You can clearly see Garrett was mugging Rudolph throughout the duration of the play, it looked like Rudolph was doing what he could to get Garrett off, trying to push him away. At the moment of the kick his helmet is being yanked on, could he really see where his kick was going except towards Garrett? Not saying you, but it's funny reading some of the defenses of Garrett around here.
