If Luka could shoot the 3 he’d be the best player in the league. But right now he couldn’t hit water if he fell out of a boat

Can't even beat the Knicks this season...I don't see this team doing much this year. The schedule hasn't been too hard early on and they're still lucky to be 6-5.

I just looked up 5 different rankings (5 sources) of all 30 NBA head coaches

3rd Carlisle
3rd Carlisle
4th Carlisle
4th Carlisle
6th Carlisle

He is ALWAYS listed as one of the top coaches in the NBA. Not THE top, but very close to it.


Also, the NBA voted him 3rd best at making in-game adjustments.
Just sayin

For those who have been Mavs fans a long time they know this is Carlisle.

For the first 20 games or so he plays everyone in various roles and tinkers galore.
It can be maddening but he does settle into a set rotation after that 20 games and he outcoaches people most of the rest of the season.

KP is a really good player. He's averaging 18.6PPG, 8.9 Rebounds, 35% 3PT%, 2.2 blocks and people are acting like he's bad. That tells you how good he actually is.

Once the team and KP find a legit post option move for him he will post even better numbers.
He is getting his numbers even as an afterthought in the Luka-driven offense.
