Surprising to see so few threads today calling out the defense

There are 2 too many, cooks, chiefs, generals, until we remove 1 there is no rating this defense. This could only happen in Jerryland.

Marinelli gets the most out of players and puts them in position to do very well but his scheme of stunting puts them right back out of position. Run a 4 man front with no stunts. Keep the LBs clean and let them make the tackles. We know that brady has no left tackle. He don’t trust him so he will be getting the ball out quick. I expect at least 2 roughing the passer calls. Leave this game on our LBs.. But give this D-Line a fighting chance so they don’t get eaten up...

Yeah Zimmer and Wade have put together some good defenses here. But would you say that in the last two decades we've had a defense that we could 100% lean on to win us a game?

The rams Keyes on this and told everyone. They time the run to the stunts and have huge holes to run through. How does he not see this and not adjust. It’s just redonk...

I see stunts being poorly executed. It turns into a meeting in the A gap instead. I've seen plays where the stunters hitting A gap just stop fighting. This allows the QB to just step up in the pocket and evade or DEs. Stunting poorly and having LBs so far off the LOS just invites catastrophe. We get no push in the A gap consistent enough to have Data doubled and as a result our LBs pay.

The proportion of offense vs. defensive complaint threads on the forum somehow does not bear this out.

Zeke not rushing for more than 50 yds is a problem for our running game struggles.
