IKR??? Imagine if Rodgers had to play losers like:
Lions - 24/39, 283, 61.5%, 2TD, 1Int, 90.0 rating, 23.5 QBR
or
Broncos 17/29 235yds 58.6%, 1TD, 0Int, 96.2 rating 75.8 QBR
or
chargers 23/35 161, 65%, 1 TD 0Int, 85.5 rating, 13.6 QBR
or
Bears 18/30, 203, 60.5%, 1TD, 0Int, 91.4 rating, 36 QBR

even against crappy defenses like:
Cowboys 22/34, 238, 64.7, 0TD, 0Int, 85.2 rating, 59.8 QBR

Against losing teams like that someone like Rodgers would have career games right!?!?... Oh that's right he didn't. As a matter of fact, he played pretty average against all of those losing teams.

Look at his pedestrian receiving corps. Devante Adams has missed a bunch. He's throwing to dudes nobody has ever heard of.

Personnel matters.

And don't bore me with stats. He makes throws with ease I've never seen before him.

Rodgers is probably the most overrated QB in the league. Dude throws a pretty ball but he comes up short a lot. One SB appearance is pathetic. He’s had good enough teams to do more.

Dak has 3221 passing yards and leads the NFL.

But yet no mention of him for MVP.

come on all you Facebook and Twitter fans, get it out there. Send it to the NFL Pundits.
From CBS Football-
"Dallas Cowboys (6-4)
Sluggish outing by the Cowboys against the Lions on the road. They couldn't put Jeff Driskel down. Don't sleep on Dak Prescott's MVP chances. Lamar Jackson is the favorite, sure, but Dak is playing out of his mind right now. Huge game in New England while Philly plays the Dolphins -- there's a good chance the division is tied again after Week 12."

The year he won the superbowl literally half of his starting defense made either NFL top 100 or pro bowl yet all we heard was "Rodgers carried them to the superbowl".

He's the best quarterback I've ever seen.

He's had pedestrian rosters with lousy defenses and so-so receivers most of his career. And awful coaches.

If he had a roster like this in Dallas.....oh my word.

There's always an excuse for everyone not named Dak. I can recall Dak being without Cooper and Cobb this year and apparently he wasn't able to carry the team (same can be said of the criticism last year with that piss poor receiving unit and No Frederick). Its as Dak continues to improve, it is becoming more and more obvious Dakota is being held to higher (unreasonable) standards than other QBs when assessing their talent.

Then Dakota should have no problem heaping up yards on the Patriots. If he has the most yards and is a top 5 QB like many are posting here, he should ball out against them

Ya cant have it both ways. Either he puts up or many will have to shut up...….but of course his apologists will come out of the woodworking fluffing his performance.

Next couple weeks will tell the tale. Ya'll getting nervous?

Nope... It's been the "next couple weeks will tell the tale" all season long. Goal post gets moved every week and will keep getting moved as long as Dak plays well. If he has a bad game... there will be an avalanche of "I told you so" coming from a handful of people. The fact they won't give Dak even the slightest bit of recognition for playing well, says all we need to know about them. They have an agenda and are sticking to it, no matter how ridiculous they look doing it.

Stop. You sound like an AR apologist now. I thought he didn't need a stellar receiving corps like Dak does. He's supposed to be like Brady and elevate mediocre players with his studliness. but by all means, carry on.

Because they've beaten good teams and played well in huge games.

Lol, at least try to make a good point.

Bears, Broncos, and Chargers have higher rated pass defenses than any of our 10 opponents so far.
Th Lions are a rival to the Packers, so they sometimes hold them down.

Having said that, Dak has played great this year.
Just pointing our the disparity in defenses so far.

Fine, let's compare the two to common opponents (Det, Minn, Philly)

Rodgers W/L=2-1
80/126, 914yds, 63.5%, 7.3 avg/att, 6TD (0 rushing TD), 2Int, 94.5 rating, 42.7avg QBR

Dak W/L=2-1
78/119, 1080yds, 65.5%, 9.1 avg/att, 7 TD (1 Rushing TD), 2Int, 107.3 rating, 73.1 avg QBR

At some point people need to acknowledge that Dak is playing at an elite level regardless of the opponent (anybody see Brady's stats against the eagles or Clev, or NYJ pt2).

LOL yes JG would help him win more than one ring. He’s had some of the best WRs in the league at the time Driver, Jennings, Jordy, Cobb, Adams, and Graham. Had some decent defenses and the NFC north wasn’t very good when he took over. Should have done more especially playing in the weaker NFC.

Aaron Rodgers has played for Green Bay from 2005 to present. He has been the starter since 2008. During that time, Mike McCarthy was the coach from 2006 to 2018. McCarthy's record was 125-77-2 with 9 trips to the post season, and a SB win. Wish our coach was that awful.

Uh, the NFC has been vastly superior to the AFC most every year for a long time.

The Patriots and Steelers only. Perhaps the Ravens. Others here and there.

Bills, Browns, Jets, Dolphins, Bengals, Raiders, Chiefs, Titans, Chargers, Texans, Jaguars.....

Bad teams most of the time.

I for one, dont believe in moving goal post in any way shape or form. If he feasts on the bottom 10 or worse defenses that has to be factored in. But facing the Patriots and Bills good defenses the next couple weeks has to be factored in as well. I hope he shreds them and will extremely happy to acknowledge it

The fair minded posters here will tell you I dont go away. Always here on Monday to share my views like the rest of us.

Beating teams is not an individual stat. Dakota also played well after the slow starts with Minny and GB... There are reasons (some that Dak is responsible for and many others that he is not e.g. drops, penalties, etc) regardless, his worst games were not dogs, but considered average to slightly below avg..
