Sure, but what I described doesn't translate to other games. It would definitely help easee the Jets debacle.

This is a bigger game for Garret by far than for Dak. IT would give Jerry all he needed to justify keeping him.

We beat the Saints last year. That was a big win. Afterwards same results though. Garrett should be judged by the playoffs. You're right about Jerry though. He'll use any excuse to keep him.

I’m much more sold on our QB than our team as a whole
The run game concerns me, the defense concerns me
The QB doesn’t concern me
Is Dak elite or not is debatable
Is he very good is not

If we dont give a bunch of turnoevers and play a hard well fought back and forth game and lose i'll be okay. If we win no matter the nature, at New England im happy.

Hey, I will take a win above everything else, but a team / player can have a sub-par game and still pull out the W. And vice-versa.

If Dak throws for 350+, 3 TDs and 0 turnovers and Dallas takes the L. The team failed, but the chances are Dak did his part to get the W.

If the Cowboys win, but Dak does not produce many yards, TDs and/or turns the ball over, then the team succeeded and Dak may have been carried along the way.

But that is not uncommon either way. Even the best QBs needed to be carried at some point. And other times the QBs can play like demigods and still take the L.

The NFL is a TEAM game. So it is nearly impossible to say how I feel without seeing the game play out first.

The reason I dont care much about that jets game is because the cowboys are just that frustrating dr jeckle/hide team that are capable of beating, or losing to any level of comp whether bad or good.

The jets game did not shock me one bit.

The cowboys are seriously that team that will beat the Pats and lose the rest of there games by beating themselves.

The cowboys are an extremely weird team tbh.
