I am jut curious why sequan gets excuses but Zeke doesn't? Zeke typically gets 7 100 games a year, he is at 5 so far. I am tied of the mindless zeke bashing around here its old and tiring.

Gone are the days of Emmitt, Sanders, Payton, Dickerson, Thomas, and Allen. Tomlinson, Peterson and Gore are probably about the last of a dying breed that we’re worth investing in that second contact. I’m not ready to say EE is done but I think we are starting to see the beginning of the end and I don’t think he will live up to that contract.

To be honest that was already the case after Gurley contract last year. But Dallas was just special case where they invested 3 1st rounders in OL and 4 monster contracts along OL. Zeke had pictures, keys, security code and passwords to Jerry compound but Jones just didn't know until the moment Zeke held out.

I wish we would have let Zeke hold out and just go and get someone else like Tevin Coleman or even Ajayi. Our team would be better off with just keeping that 15 million per. year and just start with Pollard. Which I think has been a better playmaker this year than Zeke with limited time.

The NFL is a passing league. Our offense with the right playcalling and with Moore as OC is more than capable of outscoring anytime.

Before you blast me regarding just think of who we can keep with an extra 15 million. Robert Quinn, sign a run-stuffing DT, or a top-notch safety?

McCaffrey will get the bag in Carolina. They will trade Cam and pay him more then Zeke. Book it. Also Kamara will get his money too. Zeke will be 3rd after the next offseason when it comes to money.

Scoring is a bigger deal. But most certainly Zeke and the running game need to become more effective. First downs are invaluable as well.

So, those teams should draft a RB in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th rd to protect themselves and not be held hostage. Cowboys drafted Pollard.

Gurley, Zeke, and Bell; earned their money. McCaffery, Cook, Kamara, and others, should also get theirs. When it is not you sitting at the negotiating table, it is easy to speak on other's money.

Zeke had two games under 50 rushing yards over the last three seasons, he's had three in 9 games this season.
