Philly has an offense in disarray that's missing all their skill positions except the TE in QB we are stacked in fairly healthy. We are also the number one or close to it offense.

Oh, well. Vegas will do what Vegas does. The Cowboys need a good game place to have a chance to win.

Math.

The Patriots at home are -6. So on a neutral site they would be -3. If the game were in Dallas the line would be even. (Dallas would get +3 for being at home.)
