It was early in the game on one of their red zone possessions. Brady had released the ball and got creamed after the ball was gone a good 2 seconds. Its a call Brady gets more times than not.
Two seconds ? In earth time?

I’d bet you whatever you’re mistaken.

Was absolutely right. Not one but two bogus tripping calls. You can’t make this stuff up.
The way that works is that someone has noticed something blatant in the Cowboys game film and no doubt had the referees looking for it.
That's something rarely called.

I guarantee Belichick was in the refs ear before the game, telling them to watch for tripping.

You just answered your own statement here. This is why fans are complaining. It is getting ridiculous. Let these teams play. Stop dictating outcomes on incredibly terrible flags. That is not why we grew to love the sport. Yes I know we only scored 9 points on FG. Yes I know our offense sputtered all game. Yes I know Dak may have gone down at the end and thrown and interception or had some other ill-fated ending. But the point is, we get robbed off those moments by silly flags. And it really intensifies the overall optics for the conspiracy theorists. I am not one, but sometimes, you do wonder.
All teams get questionable calls EVERY game. I’ll go back to what I said earlier....that’s the LEAST of our problems!

You guys realize that they after the tripping penalty they did rule the 4th down play a catch on the field. Why would they do that if they were intentionally trying to screw the Cowboys? It was the booth that stopped the game to see that it wasn't a catch.

Honestly guys is anyone surprised at how this game played out
I listen to the SAS "Accident waiting to happen" or "What can go wrong, will go wrong". Not surprised how this played out. I can't understand how the "Playing not to lose" keeps bringing losses. At some point, a light bulb in the brain has to go off. With JG, and now Kellen Moore on board.....why would you think this was going to be with an unexpected outcome that was favorable? Its just laughable.

….unfortunately it was obviously not a catch.

Brady doesn’t get a lot of those calls. NE has gotten the 6th least roughing the passer penalties this decade.

So, refs shouldn't call call holding or tripping? Those 10 points were a direct result of a ST blunder and an INT.

But the “tripping” call put us in a position to mess up on special teams. We should’ve never been in that position.

This is why fans of other teams laugh at us.

It's the refs fault!
The league intentionally screws us!

What a bunch of babies. This team screws itself. Worst special teams in the league, a defense that can't get a turnover to save its life, and a coaching staff that can't manage a game, all employed by a 77 year old man and his dopey son playing fantasy football at the highest level.

Dallas didn’t help their own cause but denying the refs didn’t play a huge factor is just being totally oblivious.

They helped put 10 points on the board for the Patriots and gave us a huge setback on the last drive.

Its pretty obvious that the league has their refs manipulate the games in favor of Cowboy opponents...week after week, year after year.
I'm going to hopefully assume that this is sarcasm. As for the OP the Cowboys had plenty of chances to win this game, blaming refs just gives excuses for poor play.

Oh, the team has problems for sure. But a team can't reach potential if momentum is stymied by an NFL agenda to ensure we do not.
