I only watched the 4th quarter (because frankly I don’t enjoy watching the obvious unfold every week) and I really enjoyed him calling out the coaching, the defense, and the overall mentality of the team. I think playing the Patriots you get to see the direct contrast and so it’s easier perhaps just to call the spade a spade.

This Dallas team has as much skill or talent maybe more than the Pats. But it didn’t matter. It wasn’t ever going to matter and for the forseeable future it will not matter.

The mental, emotional and educational parts of the game/team show out over a full season.

The Pats are excellence. Our team is not.

I think he would make a very good coach...he knows the game and more importantly— he knows the way the game is meant to be played.

Would be hilarious if he took over for Garrett and immediately took the team to the SB lol

What made this game so brutal to watch was that we actually LOOKED just as good as them TALENT wise and we could play with them. They NEVER stopped our run, we just stopped giving Zeke the ball.
We could have won today

Well you know as spectators we can come up with any number of reasons as to why. But at the end of the day it’s like trying to plug a leaky bucket. If it’s not one thing it’ll be another.

I know many don't like Aikman but I enjoy listening to him because he knows the game. Today, he was clearly as frustrated as the fans are and expects more from a team with so much talent.

I honestly think he could walk down the sideline and out coach Garrett very easily.

I like in his "Football Life" profile on NFL Network where he said he agreed with how Jimmy coached. He would play good cop to Jimmys bad cop with the team, but inside he agreed. And how he hated Switzers cupcake approach. I personally think he would be a great coach and the kind the Cowboys need right now, but I doubt he would ever venture into coaching.
