Wow, just Wow. So, a guy is blocking and cannot move his legs to get balance. Fox needs to fire their ex-referee anaylist, wow!
It would have been a holding penalty in that case. Either way a penalty was going to be called to stop the drive.Again, if we called a run play on that 3rd and 1 like any legit coach would do on that play, the alleged trip never happens.
Left the game beginning of the 4th quarter. The biased pats radio guys were talking about the phantom tripping calls. And how atrocious the ref crew was.Was absolutely right. Not one but two bogus tripping calls. You can’t make this stuff up.
Oh he sucked, but 2 targets isn’t going to win them a game in NE. Dallas can’t play with the big boys and win. They got decisions to make...Well, since this is a Witten bashing thread, might as well mention that Cooper dropped the ball that would have extended the final drive.
You’re right. But those plays are correctable and are within the rules of the game. Calling fouls that aren’t fouls is not part of the game and there’s no way to correct or work around rare calls like tripping. So, refs shouldn't call call holding or tripping? Those 10 points were a direct result of a ST blunder and an INT.
How many get tripping calls? Illegal fake sub calls? False start on long snapper calls? Unsportsmanlike on coach calls? All teams get questionable calls EVERY game. I’ll go back to what I said earlier....that’s the LEAST of our problems!
This was my first thought and I think it's a high probability he did, considering it's a rare penalty to begin with and we get 2 in the same game that weren't even tripping. IMO, the refs had to be looking for it.did Bill talk to the Refs before the game like Shanahan did with the LP snap infraction?
Thats exactly right...It would have been nice to see if we could have driven the filed and had a chance to win.Whether we won or not we should have been given the opportunity with fair play. That was a bs call. JJ will get a letter from the refs this week that says our bad.
Fans, no matter what type of fan they are, are not in the discussion about the biggest problem on this team. The biggest problem starts and ends with the coaching staff.Bad calls happen every game. Stop crying about the officiating. You sound like Aints fans. The refs are the least of our problems. The koolaid drinking JJ fans are our biggest problem.
What in the Cowboys recent history gives you confidence that the line will block effectively on 3rd and 1?Rainy and cold....late 4ths qtr...down 4 points...on your side of the field. 3rd and 1... yeah , lets pass.
Well, that is disturbs my world view.
