I agree,TNA needs attention.Saw a show and some talent at TNA. Brian Cage is a monster. Johnny Impact(Morrison,Nitro) is starting show some age,but Ken Shamrock looks bad. He looks like a old man......Madison Rayne is still doing the same gimmick from 10 years ago. TNA needs some help.I also saw Tessa Blanchard wrestling men and was like WTH? They also brought over Havok from WOW.

Morrison left a few months ago. Rumor is that he re-signed with WWE but of course he hasn't debuted yet.

But yeah, it seems they're centering everything around Blanchard and these intergender matches. Not a fan of that idea.

Any thoughts on the Survivor Series PPV yesterday?

I thought it was a tremendous show last night. But those that live to hate anything WWE will still try to crap all over it, even if they don't have a leg to stand on.

I thought everyone on the card had a moment to shine and they also selflessly did everything they could to make others look good. There was a clear intention to promote the NXT brand and its talents, and everyone did their part in helping to get that talent over. For that alone, they deserve my respect.

But at the same time, I saw that three sacred cows had to be protected at all costs. Not a fan of that.

But overall, I thought it was a tremendous show, smart business to promote NXT (the other brands are well established), and one of the best main roster PPV's I've seen in a while.

What are your thoughts?

I forgot about it and by the time I remembered it was maybe half over. Turned it on in time for the Wyatt v Bryan match which I enjoyed. The men's Survivor Series match was fun if not predictable in who would be standing tall at the end, the Lesnar did what Lesnar does after which I turned it off and went to bed.

Yeah, that men's Survivor Series match ending was one of those 'sacred vows' I mentioned. For Vince, nobody can ever get a win off of them at the big shows.

Some guys like Bryan enjoy the matches, not the results and have no problem putting others over. McMahon can't have that with his favorites.

I enjoyed the Lesnar match for what it was but it's over and done with and that storyline needs to go away now.

I'd only kept up on the Mysterio Lesnar feud through recaps on websites. Watching that match last night I can't see where they can go to continue it unless it's his son vs Lesnar. But even then would be stretching it I think.

Yeah. That kids not close to ready. And he has no hook for fans to be interested. He’s “Dominick”, Rey Mysterio’s son. Not enough.

Didn't see it. The last PPV kind of got bad reviews, so I didn't buy it.

I agree with stash. Pony up the $10 a month for the ppv and all the content they have. It's a pretty good deal. Each year I used to get WM and a couple other ppv's so for $120 a year I'm better off and get to see all the ppv's.

I will add my agreement with this suggestion. I like the original content up there, the behind the scenes stuff, table for 3, etc.

Nice card!

Stagger Lee was the Junkyard Dog under a mask.

Several masked wrestlers on the card.

Not much talk about Gino Hernandez nowadays, but the guy was a terrific heel and was a big loss (one of many) for World Class Wrestling.

Didn't Hernandez have issues with cocaine that ended his life at a young age?

That is correct sir!

There also seems to be some speculation out there that he was dealing too, which may have resulted in his death.

He was a good showman and had not yet peaked as a talent– It was a tough loss for the business.

AEW had a good show last night. Little silliness to start the show but I was entertained by it. The Jericho match with Scorpio was good. Omega and PAC again which was excellent. Little surprised Best Friends got the win. MJF is one of the best heels right now IMO.

Plus now we can buy A Little Bit of the Bubbly wine!
