I haven't watch the Bills play at all this year. I have no idea how good they are. I see some people saying they are a fraud, but their defense looks like the real deal. They are 3rd in the league in pass defense giving up only 184 yards per game. They give up 104 yards/game rushing. This is another game with Dallas playing strength against strength. The Bills are 18th in the league in total offense, 24th in passing yards and 5th in the league in rushing with 140 yards/game. Their offensive strength is the Cowboys weakness. The Cowboys are 18th in the league in rushing defense. On paper this does not look like a good matchup for Dallas. Its another game where a slow start will allow their opponent to attack the Cowboys weaknesses and use their strengths to stop Dallas.

Has anyone watched the Bills? What are they other than 8-3?

They're 8-3. We're 6-5. We haven't won against teams with winning records. They have a mobile QB and good running attack (aka, our defense's weakness). Their strong defense will make our offense crumble again. That's all you need to know about what will happen. 6-6 is imminent.

I have watched them a couple of times now. They are a solid team in all areas, though not spectacular anywhere. They will be tough to beat.

Can we play the game before you have us losing. I still believe we had the opportunity to beat the Patriots. We have the talent I just don't know when we're going to put it together

they are an NFL team that can beat us if we dont come prepared off a big loss on the road with 3 days to prepare with the flu going around the lockerroom.

8-3 says they are threat and better then us..isnt the mantra," you are what your record says you are?"

IMO I've seen us blow 5 games by a total of 19 points thats less than 4 points a game.. NE ;we got hosed by weather and bad calls, basically lost by 4 in the worst possible conditions against great team on the road.....I think we beat these guys indoors at home and mad and desperate from sunday..

Why bother talking about the Bills? The refs aren't going to let Dallas win, right?

I don't know why half of this board even watches the games? :muttley:

But as long as we're here, the Bills rely on running the ball and defense - old school football - but it makes sense given their personnel. The Cowboys need to limit the mistakes that have been costing them games.

Good d line. May overwhelm our offensive line at certain spots.

Edmunds looks good.

White is a legit corner.

Offensively they can run the ball. QB and both their running backs can generate yardage .

Brown is a good wr

They are solid all around. Not great on offense but solid.

Their running game is pretty good. Nothing spectacular.

They play Patriots ball. Elite shutdown corner (White) and a damn good defense dictating the game.

Beasley goes for 5-7 catches, 50-75 yards and a score every so often. John Brown is the speedster. Josh Allen will cause us problems with his legs

They have played an easy schedule.

Eli Manning
Andy Dalton
Tom Brady
Marcus Mariota
Ryan Fitzpatrick (2x)
Carson Wentz
Dwayne Haskins
Baker Mayfield
Brandon Allen

So by my count. That’s three benched starters, a third string guy in Allen, a rookie in Haskins. Darnold was pre mono there as well.

So yeah

They're a good, solid team on the upswing. I don't think they're as good as their record indicates -- the easy schedule has sort of made them look like they're farther ahead in their development than they really are. But they are a nice team with a talented young QB who is developing well. If you haven't seen him, Allen will run almost like Cam Newton -- not just on improv plays, but on designed runs with lead blockers.

Cowboys are still more talented and are at home on a short week, so I think Dallas wins by 10 or so. If this game were in Buffalo things might be different.

If the defense doesn't stop the run, and get off the field on 3rd Downs it will be a long day. This game might remind you of Thanksgiving 2015 when we played The Panthers. Remember that one?

I'd rather complain about Jason and Jerry. I feel better after being dramatic about these two clowns...

I saw them play once against Philly at home, and Philly did whatever they wanted. They looked small on defense. Ertz and Goedert were destroying them and nothing they could do to stop them.
