Watching the firestorm with Jerry moment after moment day after day with him responding to questions and the continuing pressure punctuates where our core issue still resides.

The culture and climate is still too toxic for anyone to have success and or any control in Cowboys Football.

The conflict of interest with Jerry wearing both hats of owner and GM continues to be our greatest obstacle with him promoting his product on one hand and football decisions on the other. It’s a disaster.

It’s time for Garrett to walk after this season even if we were to win out which I wouldn’t bet the farm on. It’s likely to get worse. It’s just not a healthy climate in Frisco. I’d get the hell out of dodge ASAP. Good luck to the next puppet in this media circus climate with the biggest Bozo in the NFL.

what will be funny is if Garrett goes to the GNats and wins multiple Superbowls... maybe then Jerry will realize he's the problem, and step aside.

Jerry prepping the media should we fall on Thanksgiving and there's a Black Friday massacre with coaches being fired. As crazy as the old man is, he gave Jason tremendous time and support, way more than he deserved and we deserved.

Any coach in the world should want this job

Jerry is following the Oakland model to a T. A few Super Bowls won decades ago are used to justify an old fool still running the show when he should be changing his Depends. And who is the next in line? His son, whose only qualification is working for daddy. In Oakland his name is Mark Davis. In Dallas it's Stephen Jones.

Oakland has gone over 35 years without a title. Take a look at the future of the Cowboys.

To both. There's no way Garrett can win a SB unless he lucks into on....and multiple SB's? LOL Jerry knows the problem, he just doesn't care enough to make the change...The Cowboys are his toy and he wants credit.

People with deep-rooted big personal agendas against Jerry Jones should not be allowed to start any threads critiquing the way he runs the Dallas Cowboys. Too much personal bias with agendas involved.

Any Cowboy fan who isn’t against how Jerry runs Cowboys Football must have a personal agenda that isn’t in the best interest of football operations.

Jimmy was the architect of the team that won those three. Pure and simple. Jerrys contibution was hiring jimmy and signing paychecks.

Now IF jerry was the co-architect of those three championships, why hasnt he even made it once to an nfc championship game in 24 seasons?
Yep

And why we are still in this mess a generation later as Jerry continues his quest to prove it wasn’t all Jimmy.

At least Mark Davis made an honest attempt to hire the best coach possible, and it looks like it's already paying off.

Yes and why there’s hope in Raider land.

The last time I had that type of hope is when we hired Parcells. And it ended when he left.

As much as Al Davis is considered a mentor for Jerry ways he actually took a different path.

He was a Football Guy who became a managing partner not an owner with passion to be a football guy.

And after he hung up the coaching duties always hired or at least attempted to hire great coaches.

That’s what I thought. And if he doesn’t hire a great coach Jerrys going to waste Daks career just like he did Romo’s.
Here is my take...

I've never been a fan of Garrett. Didn't like him back in 2008 when he was OC, and definitely felt he backstabbed Coach Cupcake in order to eventually take over his job as head coach in 2010. Over the years, though, he has improved. Look at the past 3 years: He's led this team to winning seasons the last 3 years in a row while winning 2 NFC East Division titles and winning 1 playoff game while coming within a TD or less from advancing to the NFC Conference Championship Game 2 different times (2016 & 2018). That has to count for something. Plus, regardless of this year's team's current record (6-5), the team should have at least a 9-2 record if dumb mistakes didn't happen at the most inopportune moments or the officials didn't take some wins away from them. Regardless, this team still has a 1 game lead and can achieve another division title along with making the playoffs once again and for the 3rd out of 4 years. I'm afraid firing Garrett while bringing in a new head coach who will instill a totally new philosophy and new coaches would only hurt this team and especially it's core players while wasting their prime years while trying to learn a totally new system. I say if Garrett is able to get this team to another division title, Garrett should remain.

Garrett's main problem is game management. That couldn't have less to do with Jerry. It's all between Garrett's ears.

But for the coaching staff, I don't have big complaints about Jerry. He's getting players. I wouldn't have extended Zeke or Lawrence, and I think I'm looking right about that, but maybe Jerry knows about a big bump to the cap coming.

Any players or coaches whining about Jerry talking in the media should just suck it up and do their jobs. Jerry talking doesn't prevent that.

Sooooo........you don't like Jerry. Got it

There is no excuse for the horrible special teams and Garret's in-game bad decisions. Thats coaching and its going to be an issue for any Garret coached team. All a GM can do is load the roster with talent and Jerry has done that...........somehow.

It’s not just about the roster. It’s about the coaching staff , control over personnel and the climate which Jerry dictates.

No other HC has to operate in this chaotic toxic culture.
