You did catch the interim part right? Who else on this miserable staff would you suggest become interim?

I am not suggesting an interim coach because I wouldn't fire JG at this point in the season. Doing that, especially without a suitable replacement is going to send this team into a tailspin. I mean the Cowboys are still in first place. They can still win this division. They can beat all the teams they have left if they are focused on one game at a time. Garrett should have been fired years ago and I now think Jerry is going to get rid of him at the end of this season. But there is no interim coach on this team who is going to do a better job than Jerry with 5 games left in the season.

Fundamentals have to be taught in the offseason, not at Thanksgiving.

I hate to break this to you but this team is already in a tailspin.

Beasley is going to enjoy his team gobbling us up on turkey day.

Can someone give me something logical that would make it make sense to me?

It is so clear in my mind right now. Fire Garrett now. Give this team a spark that might help get us more than 8-8 and a playoff embarrassment... Make Richard the "interim" so he has 5 or more games to prove himself and keep it moving. Then make real decisions after the season.

I said this weeks (actually years) ago. Nothing has changed. Garrett serves no purpose.

The End

Were not Jerry.

We would all run things differently but we aren't the crazy old oilman. The Garrett years are coming to an end. The new era of blame will start shortly after.

Jerry is easy to fool. If his daddy didnt gift him his money he wouldnt be where he is today. He made 1 good decision in his life as an owner and thats hiring jimmy. If he didnt do that...........................................................................

Garrett will not be replaced before the team is mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. This is Jerry Jones making the decisions and not anyone else.

It will never make sense. Stop trying to make sense of something you cannot make sense of.

On a personal note, I do not know how Garrett survived 2015. Luckily for me, I stopped trying to make sense of it a long time ago.

I think if we lose to the bills, in the 10 days after the game, Garrett will be let go and Richard will be promoted to the HC position as an audition for next year. it would be Jerry's desperate move to salvage the season, but I wouldn't expect much different results.

if we win, of course Garrett holds on for another 4 games.

this game would be the straw that broke the camel's back....if we lose that is....

We don’t need another thread on this. The same stupid crap over and over and over again in the forum.

I don’t see a change coming. Everyone’s going to hate me for this, for some reason fans tend to let players off for their mistakes and blame it on Coach Garrett. Tony Pollard screwed up on the kick off’s. The blocked punt was on Thomas. Dak threw the interception, which is on him. For the record, I am a huge Prescott fan

I would’ve kicked the Darn field goal as well. That was the right decision. The team got the ball back with 2:38 left. More than enough time to march down the field.

The bogus tripping calls and the holding call on Smith Contributed to the loss as much as any other factors. You all go ahead and go insane on Garrett. The team was prepared and actually move the ball better than the patriots. That was a tough football game, I have more displeasure with the referees than any other contributing factor.

I love rooting for the Dallas Cowboys, I want the team to do well, I want Coach Garrett to succeed, and I’m happy that Jerry is the owner. This is America’s team.

Go Dallas!!

I want this team to win the Super Bowl, Screw the haters. Go find another thing to complain about.

He won’t lose his job till after the season. If we don’t make it to the SB or Championship game then he is likely done for.

if they make the playoffs can any one see this team with the current coaches being competitive in the playoff?

I think you're right.

But they play again next Thursday so they don't have 10 days off.

I heard Jerry on the Fan this morning and it won’t happen. Not until the end of season.

ENRAGED!...

$6 million per year for WHAT!? Planning, preparation, analysis, accountability, Xs & Os, discipline, scouting, motivation?.......naaaa....the clapper doesn't need those "old school" outdated coaching tactics!

He has his own patented "process"-

1. clap
2. spit
3. smile and giggle after every loss

I see it all game. Like what do this clown do? All i see his clapping, hugging and smiling. Do he talk to players and coaches during the game?
