Some of you must be nuts if you think hiring someone with zero coaching experience is going to turn this team around. The Cowboys need an experienced head coach who’s had some success. The last thing this team needs is another former player as HC who needs on the job training.

Yes we need another coach with zero track record, zero coaching experience, and zero skins on the wall that jerry will let leran on the job another ten years. Great idea.
