Kellen Moore should be the new HC

Moore is part of the problem. Twice now within 10 yards of the endzone he calls all passing plays. The weakest area of most qb's is scoring in these short fields. Run the dam ball Moore and likely we get the 1st inside the 5.

Kellen Moore, as a second year coach and first year assistant has actually done a commendable job. He's been hamstrung by a lame duck head coach and still put together some great game plans. It was always going to be a learning process for him. Anyone who expected anything else doesn't know their butthoke from their elbow.

Remove the stench of mediocrity and underachievement. Players need to be accountable to the coaching staff. If Jerry handpicks the assistants, the players know the coaches have no real authority.

Rod bamboozled them into two horrible draft picks. Garrett bamboozled them into a decade of mediocrity. Kellen Moore is a hope, wishful thinking. Kris Richard is either trapped by Marinelli's outdated scheme or incapable of calling an effective game plan. ST coach is in over his head. Fire them all.

If Jerry wants to keep someone, put them in the scouting department.

Go out and get a proven Head Coach. Let that Head Coach hire his staff and have a significant voice in player acquisition.

Kellen Moore has earned nothing and would be yet another coach Jerry and his family would walk all over.

This is what I said in another thread when we talked about possible new coaches. Someone said it would be hard to get rid of Moore because of our offensive ranking. I just dont see him as someone that has the feel of a guy that we cant lose.

The X's and O's mean a ton but for me a new coach coming in needs to change the climate around this entire team and that means that entire staff needs to go.

To fire Garrett then say oh we need to keep Moore, Kitna, or anyone else is the wrong mind set. You want a new coach to bring in his own guys and do things his own way. We dont want a puppet for a coach but we want him to have to hold on to coaches that he didnt pick?

Its the wrong message and there is no one on this staff that has been so good that they cant be replaced in my opinion.

Start from scratch. No hold overs to appease Jerry or anyone like Kitna or Moore because Dak likes him or anything of that nature.

Blow this up and reevaluate the talent from top to bottom with no exceptions.

Just my two cents.

With potential to be a really good coach. Thrusting him in to HC will destroy him. He has zero experience. Why set him up to fail?
