I don't know who the hell is the right man for the Job. What I do know is this is bigger than the coach and changing the coach in my mind changes nothing. This organization rotten from the top.

This organization is a disaster. There are alot of problems here and I don't think replacing Garrett fixes everything either, I think it's a start though. The hope is a new head coach and his own staff can change the culture around this team. Jerry staying out of the way is the best way to get that done but the chances of that happening are somewhere between slim and none.

This team is in trouble and talking about a superbowl is the last thing that should be on their mind. They cant do basic things right now without issue. We've got a long way to go if we wanna be one of the better teams in the league.

Problem is , Jerry will not keep his nose out. THIS is what we are stuck with.. Below average front office with a puppet coach. Garrett, will, won't change a damn thing, Next puppet up.

Someone PLEASE explain to me how sticking with Garrett for the rest of the season is the best move for this team even THIS season when everyone knows he's gone next year. There will be no accountability and no one will care at all.

It's time Jerry. I don't expect it tonight, but by the end of the week it should be a done deal.

It's sad. I think we all thought that if we were embarrassed on national television that Garrett would get the axe. Even that isn't good enough. Nothing is. He's too close to the Garrett family.

No coach is bringing their own staff in. Jerry's going to keep his hand in the pot

This team has no leader. That’s their problem. Dak is soft. Zeke is soft. Amari is soft. JG is soft. Jaylon is soft. Witten is soft. Sean Lee is soft. Who else is the voice of inspiration on this team. I guess Michael Bennett had seen enough and stepped up. He moved up the list on my favorite players and he hasnt even done much here!

I can see Jerry wanting that kind of say in things but with Garrett gone, is there anyone here that Jerry is going to want around anyway?

I think Jerry having to fire Garrett is gonna be a tough pill to swallow but one he knows its probably his only option. If hes going to admit that Garrett isnt the answer after giving him this much time, starting fresh may be the only option.

I don't think it matters. I think he could fire him and not think twice.

Why did Parcells leave? And if Jerry hires bad coaches, then what makes you think now he hires a good one...lol he won't give any coach full control anyway.

Parcels was just at the end of his career and got tired. Remember he was pulled out of retirement by Jerry to begin with. He never coached again after Dallas.

And there is a good chance Jerry screws up a coaching hire. But the reality the owner isn’t going to fire himself. So we are stuck with hoping he just gets dumb lucky with the next coach. We now know this current one ain’t working. So while Jerry is a problem it is also kind of silly to keep going with Garrett at this point.

Parcells had to constantly bargain with Jerry his time here and he also called his players dumb and walkedbafter the Romo debacle.
