I honestly think Dak is a good leader. But he can’t do it all himself in that regard.

Leadership comes from
The top down. Hard to blame the QB when the owner/GM and the head coach don’t do their part.

same happened to Romo. People questioned his leadership. When the leadership void was in the coaching staff.

the narrative that romo wasnt a leader came from the nonsense with Owens. There was a whole contigent of local media and national media that wanted desperately for Owens to go after Romo....They constantly pushed it and pushed it and finally in 08 when the offense was not flying like it did in 07 they had the story they wanted. I remember ed werder just hanging around Romo and Witten on the field before every game when they were stretching. He wanted that story so bad and he got it and he went nuts with it.

all the locals who hated Romo and prop up Prescott to a level he has never played at because they wanted to say see Romo couldn't do that wanted the romo owens thing so bad. Calvin Watkins was the big one, he was so excited when the owens stuff went down. He loved to blame everything and I mean everything on Romo. He used to love to go on espn and talk poorly of Romo.

anyway, Jerry is the leader here and when your leader is an oil man and tv preacher level grifter its no wonder the team is always talking about stuff that is not real and never being honest about the situation.

He looked lost tonight. No awareness in the pocket, and horrible decisions all game long. I don’t think he has enough underneath routes to go to when under pressure. Seems like every time he’s sacked everyone is running 20-25 yards down field.

Dak has looked selfish at times this season. His contract is weighing on him and he’s playing like it. I’d sorta like to see him move on this offseason but Jerry will overpay to keep him.

Oh yah.....lol

Leading the #1 offense in the nfl and a leader in almost every qb category proves it’s just too much to handle for him. Lol

Leadership? Apparently that is an empty concept with this organization.

I do agree on underneath. Rb needs to be more of an outlet.

That number 1 offense looked stellar today! Your hall of smoke and mirrors that is the NFL stats leaderboard does nothing to alter the truth. Dak is average...not elite...a pariah to all that is consistently exceptional...he must be banished.

Sorry, I’m just smart enough to realize these stats are based on an average. Lol

Feel free to back up your claim with stats. If you can.

He’s a top 10 QB and that should be good enough to win with. Seems like this team is intent on gauging Dak’s stats to make Jerry pay as much money possible. Simply don’t give Zeke enough carries.

This locker room has been a mess. This team has no connection with each other. They are here for the money and that’s it. Screw the brotherhood, screw winning, and screw the Super Bowl. Example, what kind of team let’s your QB get punked in 3 different games and does nothing? What kind of team let’s your LB (Sean Lee) get punked by midget Edelman in the Pats game? It goes further than the yelling. The Tavon situation, etc. This team is a mess. There’s no going around that.

I was one of the last people to leave the stadium tonight. I wanted to sit and observe the sideline to see how our players would take this L. The closest I saw to any emotion was Bennett chewing out Hyder for something mid-way through the 4th Q. Other than that the team looked like a bunch of soulless zombies until the whistle blew then I saw smiles on the players faces as they signed jerseys and posed for pictures with the Bills players.

All I have to say is I really despise Jerry for turning this franchise into a country club.

I have to admit, I wasn't crazy about the way he was sitting on the bench by himself, just looking lost.

Wait a minute...you’re pinning this on Dak? There’s no leadership at top!! That’s what players are looking at...the situation, the rumors, the staff,FO,contracts on top of their own failings...it’s a team that’s lost. He did carry them for a good stretch. He did his job as a leader, even disagreed publicly with owner and will prepare same this week as every week. But It’s over...it’s a fractured club, and you can’t win unless play like a combined team. Singular players performances and this and that is really secondary small potatoes right now. Big suit decisions what driving this ...it’s that environment with all the Jerry talk. The football team itself is a secondary matter...those guys playing out there by themselves now you know? Why you see no identy, They don’t trust in that staff or themselves 100% fully anymore,I don’t care what they say...i saw it in their eyes and body language,it was in Garrett’s today too. That’s red light district, and you’re going to see ugly games like that. Unless you’re ‘95 Dallas forget it...

Once again, this team is a joke. They don’t care until it comes to the fame aspect of the game. “Can I have your jersey?”. How embarrassing. Imagine getting blown out and going up to the opposing team and asking for pictures and jerseys like you didn’t just get beat up 5 minutes ago. Dak, Zeke, Jaylon, Everyone on this team are jokes. What a shame. Straight up frustrating and embarrassing to have players with attitudes like this on our team. I can’t tell if they’ve given up or if they simply never cared in the first place. This goes beyond coaching. This is an attitude problem that 99% of this roster possesses. Damn this team sucks.

The franchise pushes players to be entrepreneurs so they are partly to blame for creating a culture where football is sometimes secondary to other things.
