He had a few nice tackles for a loss and no gain, and prevented a big play against the Bills.
But I guess those don't count toward his development.

As it doesn't fit the agenda of some.

You're absolutely correct and I'm not discounting the very real issue that he could easily wash out and this was all a waste.

I still believe that he COULD mature a bit.
He COULD come in and start using his athletic talent with some technique.
And maybe, just maybe, by Year 3?

Maybe there's something special there...

If he's a punk come the 2nd half of Year 2?

More the fact that he's been late to meetings and the like. He's not doomed but the way the seasons gone for him so far. Who knows. He's a project player.

Typically I would agree with you, but here you have one player making impact plays nearly every week while the other is typically inactive on game day. We can give 3 years, but after 12 games the gap between the two is enormous.

Sorry for the double post. I believe his immaturity has been an issue and why he's seeing the field just now. He has an opportunity to produce and I have always been a once they're on the team. I give them a chance type of fan. I hope Trysten is nothing like Taco who never seemed to mature and we cut bait with before his rookie deal was up. I hope Hill works out for the best.
