And then remain a .500 team due to not having enough resources to build a super bowl contender. Great idea.No loophole is needed. Cap space exist to easily sign both!

Oh so sign a bunch of average players instead and rejects other teams didn't want! That's how you remain a .500 team! And then remain a .500 team due to not having enough resources to build a super bowl contender. Great idea.
No, it's not. Overpaying a few stars is how you drop to .500. History is on my side.Oh so sign a bunch of average players instead and rejects other teams didn't want! That's how you remain a .500 team!
I agree, but it seems almost like Amari was the catalyst that got Dak going. He's been a better QB with all his receivers, and I think part of that is the confidence he gained throwing to Amari, and part of it being the work he put in over the off season.I get what you are saying but I don't think the choice is as simple as some would make it out to be
It was basically this point last year when absolutely no one was talking about Dak getting paid even remotely what he's asking for
I the first 7 games of 2018 Dak had only surpassed 200 yards passing 3 times and had 8 passing TD in those 7 games
I'm not trying to be the "hater" that you are referring to but those numbers are abysmal. No other way to describe them.
I think it's perfectly reasonable to have the opinion that Cooper has been better for Dak than Dak has been for Cooper. Not saying it's the only conclusion to draw but it's certainly not as crazy as some people would make it sound
Dak isnt going anywhere. You all have to make piece with that. He's a top 8-12 QB. This fanbase has honestly been spoiled. Top QBs dont hit the market. You have to get lucky and hit. Right now some of you are hoping we suck in order to get a high draft pick to select a QB that you hope within the next 3 or so years will be as good as Dak already is now....
On your side? Can't remember too many teams without a QB winning anything! No, it's not. Overpaying a few stars is how you drop to .500. History is on my side.
DakWith the year spiraling out of control and still no contracts in sight I thought it would be interesting to see what everyone thought.
If you could only keep one of the two players Cooper or Dak to build around next year, who would you pick and why?

I don't pay massive money to either one of them.
They disappear.
Nope...can sign Bridgewater (UFA in 2020) instead of Dak and still draft a QB to groom.
