It's the changing world, partner. I can't even enjoy watching bullridin anymore. Cowboy hats replaced by helmets. Chest protectors under shirts. The folks don't want sports to have an element of danger. I have to accept it ain't about what I want. It's about what the majority wants.

really bunch of horse hockey on EE..hes 4th overall in carries this year And stays in to block and go out for passes, im betting he plays more then any balk in the legaue and for sure leads the last 4 season in carries..

odd Emmitt's fort 4 seasons 1262 carries
Zeke with 4 games left this year but so far 1095 im betting he has more by season ends then ES..thats right he sure is pulling himself out a lot..

contracts put him under a microscope and his having a down year is overblown, correction hes having down year for HIM , he set the bar high but hes 6th in the league in rushing and 200 yards behind the leader..

also dont give me a bunch of false statements about his average, sure for him its down but ES had more season under 4.0 a carry and almost all around 4.5 or under.. he was in fact very similar to zeke they are volume work horse backs that move the chains and dont get hurt..

fact is this year few backs are better , having great seasons but this EE hate has to stop..

Means players today are awr of what damage the game can do to them and the days of rock'em sock'em games are gone!
Include the new rules in play to protect against injuries well you get the idea.

So you think zeke is getting 167 carries in the next 4 games? OK. Good luck with that one.

im saying it very close and this isnt a running league.. Zeke had more yards in 2017 in 10 games then ES had in 16 his rookie year..their averages and carries are very close..

like I said the ridiculousness of zeke demise is so overblown..

Mean Joe Green and Bob Lilly would be interesting to see in todays nfl. They had a size advantage over the offensive lineman and Tight ends that tried to block them in their era.

Today, The tight ends are as big as Lilly on most teams.
