Option C

Mrs Jones is worried about Jerry's health and gets him to retire from day to day involvement.

The Jones kids have a collective mid life crisis and prefer to party, travel the world etc than running a football team.

A new GM is appointed.

I wouldn't choose B solely based on the past 9 years. I can see if it was a few years, but not after all of this time. It's like trying to convince someone you'll do the right thing after a dozen arrests. No my man, it's over.

The only option that I would be happy with is Jerry stepping back for a new coach to bring in his own asst coaches and personnel. It will never happen.
