Recent History is on our favor, starting tonight. For the month of December since 2016 We went 3-1, in 2017 3-1, and the same for last season. So Let's say 9-7 wins this division. We win the next 3, that's our 9 wins right there, but with the division wrapped up in Week 16, should we play the starters in Week 17? I think we should, if this team can find it's "MoJo" starting tonight and win the next 3 you don't stop that type of momentum. Even if Week 17 has no meaning what so ever we should still play the starters and enter the playoffs with a four game winning streak. I haven't quit on this team yet, even though I have 20 years worth of evidence on why I should. I don't think it's delusion either, History is simply on our side in the month of December during the Dak Prescott era. As always. Thanks For Reading.

More recent history has us 1-3 in the last four, but I like that 3-1 thing pretty good.

Don't forget we are dealing with Garrett as HC. He has some of the most dubious records when it come to stuff like this. So stats like this always back fire.

He will be 1-3, beating the Eagles, but the Eagles go 3-1, therefore taking the division.

They end up 8-8 and us 7-9

that’s one way to end the decade.

“Dak Era”
Zero, absolutely ZERO to with that

In fact the best December we've had in 30 years...or maybe ever....was 2014 with Romo at the helm.

It has to due bolstering our oline and finally having a strong run game. Thats what those years have in common. Murray and the oline the Zeke and same. Winning recipe in December.
That, and having an improved defense vs something ranked in the 25-32 range..

I find this mind boggling considering the Cowboys have only won 3 of their last 9 games. How are they going to win 3 in a row?

AND, you are asking if they should play the starters in week 17? Let's see if they can get past the Bears tonight first.
