This is where Jerry needs to clarify this week how much input Jason got into the assistants and how much was him being informed. It’s still unfathomable to me that Jerry would know enough about assistants around the country to hire them. So is it Will McClay assigning assistants?

That’s the key going into the next coaching search. The HC is the easy part. It’s the 10 guys underneath him.

The irony is guys like Moore, Richard, and Marinelli exist on this squad to take the burden off of Garrett.

take play-calling duties away from K Moore...let Garrett or Kitna do it.
again...another game where it looked Zeke was starting to gain traction...then disappears from the play-calling.

Fire them all and name Jason Witten player slash offensive coordinator and Sean Lee player slash DC.

Get real coaches in the off-season.

Won't happen but would be a powerful message.

Garrett has to have some statistical record of losing to either: rookie or inexperienced coaches, QBs that should be starting in the XFL, and teams with a huge injury deficiency.

We won the turnover battle by +2 and our offense scored 24 points and had over 400 yards of offense and we still got killed.

There must be some kind ineptitude record for this that Garrett has broken.
