It's true. He sucked so bad on the way to being the first overall pick his draft (Landry and Jimmy both loved him). Then sucked his way to 3 Super Bowl trophies, including a SB MVP. He offers his opinion cause he is paid to. You homers need to grow up and realize his opinion (and anyone else's) does not mean he thinks Dak is terrible or that he is so much better.

Any fan of this team actually wanting the Cowboys to win another SB before we're all dead and gone should be concerned with the entire makeup of the team (including all the personnel, yes including Dak).

The offense has struggled against the better defenses to score meaningful points when the game was still in question. See games vs New Orleans, GB, New England, Buffalo, and now Chicago. The owner/GM gets his image reflected by the soul of this team. A good show from back in the day. Now just a money machine with zero substance.

Dak doesn't look like a top 5 QB to me, he just doesn't.

Top 5 QBs dont lose to every single team with a pulse. I mean, if the only teams in the league you can beat are the 2 and 3 win trash teams, that is a pretty big red flag for me.

Dak has the top ranked offensive line in football. He’s been hit 67 times, which he among the top 10 LEAST amount for QBs. He has been sacked the least amount of QBs at 16.

Dak leads the league this year in passing attempts and, with all this, Dallas has long-developing passing routes. Basically, Dak is not getting touched relative time the rest of the league, despite these numbers.

Dak’s ‘numbers’ are, large in part, a product of better OL play than the rest of the league, while the running game has forced man on the outside matchups a large part of the time.

We suck in the red zone.

Remember when Dak was touted as “Mr. Comeback”.

He still has only two comebacks from 10 points or more, meaning two scores. Both of them were from his first season. This year, when behind at the half, Dak hasn’t won a single game.

So with Zeke no longer wearing defenses out, where is Dak overcoming a one point score in the fourth against an exhausted defense, trying to stop Zeke?

I like Dak. He was terrible tonight, throws in the dirt or way behind the receiver, any games in cold weather and he stinks. We need someone who can win in December and January. I mean it's cool what he did against crappy teams in September, but it's literally meaningless. I was sold on him but I've changed my mind.

Troy, you never EVER even reached 3,500 yards passing in a season, but yet here you are talking smack you envious backstabber. Just a few weeks ago Troy was kissing Dak's behind and demanding that Jerry "pay that man"!!! Yet, right on cue, the envious old fart has to come out talking trash. The last 3 games are a bit hard to do much Dak defending

while I am a huge fan his continued problems with accuracy and pocket presence is hard to ignore .

the folks in this thread that are detractors are clearly the extreme and Dak isn’t nearly the problem that they portray to the level they portray but as of late no one can deny he’s a problem

the biggest problem on this team is the defense and special teams followed by coaching but anyone who expects that zeke and Dak can cover their shortcomings should by now realize that’s a pipe dream

the line is good but nothing like they once were and it shows. This window while it’s still open is deceiving and I expect an *** whipping at the hands of the rams and philly in fact would anyone be surprised if they lost to the skins?

this team as it’s constructed isn’t going to win anything and there is much that needs work the question is when the new coach gets here what will their approach be

Aikman is a HOFer and three time Super Bowl Champion. Dak is nothing more than your hero. You if all people might want to hush for a couple of days. Worship Dak in peace because nobody here is liking Dak at the moment.

He certainly didn’t have one of his better games. It was up and down. But those throws in the dirt were him just throwing it away. Some of those throws that were a little behind receivers where thrown that way on purpose to prevent a possible int. The out route in the 1st half when they were deep in their own side of the field was certainly a bad decision and a bad throw. Another throw to Jarwin over the middle was a bad decision but not a bad throw. He had to throw it behind him. Dak is not the problem. He’s one of the few bright spots. The rest of the team minus a handful have all given up. The handful led by Dak refuses to and you jokers can’t see it because of your agenda’s.

This is the same reason that total passing yards don’t matter.

In previous seasons, people held Dak’s lower passing to totals against him. Even though it wasn’t indicative of poor play.

now, those some people are quick to point out that his passing yardage total isn’t an accurate indicator of his overall play. Which is true. I just wish they would have considered that in earlier years.
