I was really hoping they were gonna get it together this week, but they showed me just how ragtag they are. It's a horrible team.

On the bright side i am still in the running for my 9-7 prediction made before the season started....lol, the last 3 weeks got rid of the 12-4, 11-5 and now the 10-6 crowd. Is there a prize if i'm right?

If you didn't put money on it, disappointment is your only prize.

Instead of playing in the NFL, I have 4 suggestions:

A.) We trade the team to the XFL
B.) We turn this team into a traveling comedy club because they are a huge joke every where they go.
C.) We turn them into travelling circus because this entire team’s roster is made up of clowns that can’t do anything right
Or D.) We turn this team into a straight up Country Club.

What do you guys think?

I think it's been D for quite a few years now

True. How about an entire team off-season trip with Jerry to the Bermuda Triangle?

I really enjoy that idea. Dak said he likes the tropics too so he should have a good time. It could also resemble Cabo for Zeke so he should be happy. Hopefully their team plane makes the small detour...

Just get a new staff in here. Have a lot of FA’s so lots of them will be gone anyways. A new staff with a Good draft can do wonders.
A good draft? The defense looks like a minimum two year rebuild and that's if the hit on every pick.

I disagree. I think a healthy LVE and Lawrence going into next year will make a huge difference. Maybe a new staff gets something out of Hill. A lot of the 49ers LB’s and secondary were average until they brought in a fresh new staff. The 49ers big talent is in their DL. Awuzie was a solid starter last year and regressed. A new staff can help ignite confidence. I will say this, something as simple as getting TWO BIG STRONG DT’s will do wonders for Smith and LVE. It will allow them to flow to the ball more freely.

5 of the starters on defense are FA, I'm not sure if any are worth bringing back. Another 5 backups getting significant snaps are set to leave along with Crawford who most likely will be released. Even if you doubled Hills production you'd still have nothing. Team needs both DT positions, 2 CBS one capable of starting immediately, 2 lbs capable of significant snaps and at least one safety. Its going to take more than one draft! San Fran has 5 1st rounders across their dline, 3 were top 10 picks, 2 don't even start yet!

I said we NEED two Large DT’s. You start there and I’m telling you suddenly LVE and Smith will be much better. We have Covington and Gifford who could complete for backup roles and I agree with obtaining at least 1 more stud at LB. The CB’s could use a change of scenery. I think Lewis is clearly the starting Nickle Cb next year. Awuzie showed he can be solid in 2018, he has sucked this year but with a new staff he could be better. The one guy they’ll try hardest to obtain is probably Quinn.

so you’ll need:
2 DT’s (both starters) woods is RFA decent backup
1 DE
1 LB
2 CB (1 starting caliber)
1 safety (Ss starting caliber)

That’s 7 players but we’ll need to replace 4 starters. We have 80 million in cap space and should have the 10-15th pick it can be done. let me say this. If our current defense had even a really good 1 technique and good SS just those two positions. I think that instantly makes us much better.

Right, your not going to get all that... starter quality from one draft. You have much more faith in Covington and Gifford than I do. I'd rather get a 3tech that consistently effects the QB... get Kinlaw. About 57 of that 80 million is going to Dak and Cooper. Quinn at this stage is a 3rd down pass rush specialist... if hes brought back he should be paid as such!

That’s not how the cap works. Those deals are going to count very little against the cap next season (if it’s not the franchise tag)There will be plenty of money to obtain 2 solid defensive starters in free agency and have to hope for 1-2 in the draft. A sack is worth about a million dollars in the league so if he takes a 2 year 20 million dollar deal sure bring Quinn back. I wouldn’t give up on Crawford either yet. If he’s healthy he’s only 9 million against the cap just keep him. He’s excellent setting the edge vs the run when healthy.

There were people who about lost there mind when they brought Crawford back this year... I'd know because I pis*** off a bunch of them. They might go postal if he is again. That said, he had hip surgery during the offseason and was out 6 games into the season with it recurring. I'm guessing his playing days are close to over and really don't see how he comes back without a large pay cut!

Man we are a dumpster fire. I told one of my friends yesterday that i hoped we lose because the more we win the more likelyhood of jerruh keeping garrett. Call me a "non fan " if you want but almost my entire life as a cowboy fan has been the same way....disappointment after disappointment. I know jerruh is to blame for that but its pretty obvious by now that he isnt going to replace himself so he needs to replace garrett. At least return just a glimmer of hope to Big D.

That was an easy win for the Bears. The Cowboys offense has its moments. But our defense and ST are complete trash. Losing out is a real possibility.
