You can rank on Garrett all day but he didn't pick Richard for the defense. In fact, Marinelli and Richard are Jerry picked guys. And Richard has proven to be a big nothing. When average QBs and second year starters, backups all have success against Richards D, He and Marinelli should be shown the door right after the last game. All this college coach guru talk is a waste. Nobody will want to come in with no control over coaching hires and the like. Jerry will never go for that. Successful college coaches get to pick their own players and are well paid. Coming to the NFL is not the top of the mountain anymore for college coaches, especially money wise.

Wide belief where? A subset of this forum? He was seen on TV yelling at players last year some people thought that was awesome. :muttley:

Landry didn't yell. He got results. I don't care if Richard's head explodes from yelling. I care that the defense he's intimately involved with is a joke.

those are not facts most are the exact opposite and no way im making him HC when he cant get the defense going.. you must be blind.. the entire staff needs to be turned over//let KR go somewhere else and TRY ..
