Why isn't Rhule getting more consideration?

Rhule is in a great position right now, Baylor loves him...Great College Coach....Rhule will not transition well to the monster Jerry Jones calls the Cowboys. Rhule belongs in College and belongs at Baylor

By the way, Lincoln Riley SUCKS no way is he ready for the NFL Its Urban Meyers or keep Jason Garrett IMO

Not an option. Not even a mildly funny joke.

Look at the competition in the Big 12 vs. the Big 10. Rhule may be a very college coach for his program, and not taking anything away from that.

But still give me Meyer, his longer term proven track record stands out more.

He turned around a program in absolute turmoil in 3 years.
He turned low level Temple into a top 25 team in the nation.

He builds programs and a winning culture. His players buy in.

Not saying Meyer isn’t a great coach, but his best skill set at OSU was amassing great talent. The NFL puts teams on a level playing field...at least for the most part

Why isn't he getting more consideration? The coaching job he's done at Baylor is one of the best I've seen in recent memory. He also turned around the dormant Temple program and started putting players in the league.

I'm concerned the Giants are going to try to hire him since he's a native New Yorker and ex-Giants assistant but I hope Jerry gives him a look. Unlike Meyer this guy is winning without elite recruits.
We don’t have the personnel to run his 3-3-5 D. No NFL team does that.

the jets were fools for not going after him harder, he is a fantastic football coach and in the nfl without dealing with recruiting he would thrive!

Rhule reportedly turned them down because the owner wouldn’t give him full control of his staff...which unfortunately I could see him not even being interested in the mess that Jerry brings with his meddling

The giants have more interest in Rhule and more than likely will be their coach or Jason Garrett

those are the giants top 2 candidates

I gotta think it will be Lincoln Riley once Jerry actually interviews him and Urban Meyer. Meyer is too established and people would view him as the guy in charge now instead of Jerry. Riley is young and still controllable by Jerry...they would want him to be the X's and O's version of Garrett

What has Lincoln Riley proven,,,,,the big 12 has not won a championship in a decade or more....Riley is no NFL Coach....Looks good in the Big12 but can't win against the big boys
Ok. That’s your opinion. I disagree. Your target for next coach?

If we are going Big 12 give me Gary Patterson. That dude can coach. And his defense would be fun. Plus the Pressers.

Meyer won at Bowling Green and Utah, so whatever.
