Stephen first made his opinions known about the coaching staff in 2015 when we went 1-11 without romo. But jerry still controlled that aspect of things. As jerry gets older he's finally seen the light and will allow Stephen to make the call. 3 more games for Garrett. Then sayonara.

Pretty sure that is from his quote way back in training camp, though. Things can and do change, especially with Jerry.

Well sure, hire a guy whose philosophy is to never try to trick the opponent, when they always do the same against you and expect results is a brilliant move.

You cant will your way to success.

Garrett really shouldn't ever coach again in the league really, yet he is supposed to win here now.

No team would ever consider hiring S Jones or J Jones as GM of their team, yet thats supposed to work too.

Only reason this team is half as good as it is is McClay.

All goes back to the pure ignorance of the owner.

Yea I think for the most part when it comes to these types of decisions Stephen has the living will/power of attorney type of authority now.

NFC Championship/Super Bowl or Bust for JG. We’ve said it here but is he confirming? I’d rather just fire him now

I’m sick of Jerry and his loudmouth son. S T F U and get us a HC, DC and ST coach and we’ll be fine. Oh, and a couple of new safeties, DT’s, and LB’s.
