He'd be an upgrade, but the Cowboys need to do better than him. Can't say they will, though.

Aaron Rodgers made McCarthy. He would be an even swap with Garrett. I would pass on him, they need someone who will change the culture here and that requires full control to hire his own staff.

NO! He was fired midway through the year last year and couldn’t get a job in the offseason. He’d be horrible.

I think I’d rather have Garrett. And that’s saying something.
