I was very proud to have attended what is being considered now the biggest in schools history.

And I’ve been to several of the others including the Miracle on the Brazos in 1974 when Bears upset the Longhorns to win their first SWC championship in 50 years. I also attended Baylor’s first Cotton Cotton Bowl following Jan 1st 1975.

In 2011 attended Baylor first win against Oklahoma in school history which all but sealed the schools only Heisman winner in Robert Griffin III.

And in 2014 the TCU game which won their 1st ever back back Big 12 Championship with the highest AP ranking in school history which unfortunately didn’t culminate into their first bid in national championship playoffs and ultimately influenced the Big 12 conference to bring the championship game back.

My brother and I discussed yesterday morning driving to the game that this was the biggest football game in school history because it was first time we had an opportunity for what could have been our first chance to play for a National Championship.
