The Packers were extreme underachievers considering the QB they had during McCarthy's tenure.

I would prefer Ron Rivera if they're going with a recycled NFL Head Coach.

They dusted off Dick Vermeil and it seemed to work out well. That bum Gruden is back in Oakland and look at them!

Look at them? They are about to be 6-7 in year 2. Its not look like Gruden is a going to be a success. What Oakland should have done is hire Tony Dungy for a few years and then hire Gruden.

What this team needs is ownership to take a step back, hire a real GM, who in turn hires the right coaching personnel.......Look what san fran did a few years ago. Look at where they are now!!!
