id actually like for you to try and explain this. He;s had some bad plays but youre not going to "always" be out of posistion and lead the nfl in tackles. So if youd like to back up your opinion with some sort of explaination.

I can tell you anybody that is saying these LBers are regressing have no clue about how this defense works. And clearly you fit into this category.

Every level of this defense is suffering because the DTs play is some of the worst in the NFL. Not only the LBers suffering but the safeties are getting taken out aswell because the DTs are being washed out of plays consistently

If it wasn't the DT you would fault the waterboy at this point!
OMG man sell crazy elsewhere lol

I get what you're saying but you also have to factor that Dak doesn't have a defense or special teams that give him great field advantage while every QB you listed has defenses and special teams that gives them short fields to work with.
One thing for sure......Dak also gets excuses at an alarming rate.

I'll explain my issue....you can make tackles even if they are 6-8 yards downfield. Our D gets run on. When I watch games he seems to always be getting pushed back or caught in the wash. His strength is getting to the sideline and he does well with that and makes plays there. But overall he is not a guy blowing up plays. I think being our leading tackler can be deceiving with the way this D is playing right now. I just see too many plays where he seems like he is having issues on the second level.

now having seen this i suggest you go and rewatch whatever u did to come up with that and go watch what ther DL did or didnt do.

Then go rewatch again and again and see if Vander esch and Lee and Thomas and Xavier woods are having the exact same problems

im not saying our DL has played well. You are right. I just see too much of him getting pushed in the wash vs stopping upfield. I’m not going to lie the celebration thing this week may have left a bad taste too.

Jaylon Smith was straight up shockingly bad that last game. I am still blown away that the coaches just kept trotting him out there. I can honestly say I have never seen a bigger liability at MLB. I think his leg is messed up again. He can't even run normally. The opposing teams coaches can see it as plain as day and they attacked him without mercy. I know our coaches have to see it. Heck I know next to nothing and I can see it as clear as day. I swear it is Jerruh telling the gang that Jaylon is the MLB and gets the snaps no matter what.

talk to me about Jaylon when he's making stops on third down consistently. until then, we're 3-7 out last ten games.
as for dak, he's looking like romo. great at moving the ball between the 20's, but can't score from the red zone. same 3-7 applies. when was the last time he led us to a win while coming from behind??? the only stat that really matters is wins.
Talk to me when anybody on this defense makes a stop on third down consistently. This defense is schemed to be passive, wait and see what the offense does. If we would install an aggressive, attacking defense you would see more 3rd down stops from everybody, not just Jaylon.
