I don't know about you but I am looking forward to the mouth breathing dumbface making his farewell appearance on the big stage tonight. As much fun as I make of him, I will miss him and he's been a thorn in our sides too many times right down to signing the locker room wall in the Big Top liked he owned it. And for some time, he did.
The guy has been a rock for his team and has had to live with that younger brother of the famous brother all his life. My bud in New Orleans lived across the street from the Manning in Mandeville, LA and always felt sorry for Eli as both his brothers, Peyton and Cooper, were considered the stars. Cooper had to quit because of spinal stenosis but he was considered the best of the three brothers.
I will watch Eli take that field tonight and remember all of the games against the Cowboys and the 2 SB's he won and also the funniest moments in the game with his facial expressions when things went wrong, so very wrong.
I will also remember that he was a co NFL Man of the Year recipient for all of the work he does with kids and uses his name for the betterment of people in need.
I will toast him as he takes that field tonight, the man had one hell of a career and what a ride.
