Just watched Glass. I thought it was pretty good, though I've never seen Split, so I don't know how well the story meshed.
Glass is the last installment of the trilogy of Unbreakable and Split, I liked Glass, but I have to go back and watch the other 2 as I'm told that Glass basically sums up what happened in the first two

I know, and I saw Unbreakable, but not Split, though I might go back and watch it now.

I think no, i know, that i'd watch 10 hours of Scorsese and company without a problem.

That group has given me so much personal enjoyment through the years.

Just watched Long Shot, with Charlize Theron and Seth Rogen. I was surprised at how funny parts of it were. The story was predictable, but it was a comedy, not a suspense thriller. I'd give it a 6 out of 10.

Run Silent Run deep - good old black and white submarine WWII movie. Still like the movie but forgot how bad some of the special effects were lol

Pathology - watched about 15-20 minutes of it and had to turn it off.

Hot Fuzz and Paul - like both movies and have seen them many times. Still good time wasters if you like the Shawn of the Dead duo.

Time Line - seen it some time ago. Just watched it again and was kind of shocked at the number of actors in it that I recognize now. One of those movies that had a good cast, good acting, good story idea and was not cheap on budget but for some reason just needed something more to put it over the top.Just had something missing to make an ok movie to a very good movie.

68 Kill - Weird movie on Netflix. Guy has a hot girl friend but the girl friend, and her brother, are nut cases and gets the guy into all kinds of trouble.

I went and saw Richard Jewell today. 8 / 10

It is sickening what the FBI and media did to him and the people around him. Anything to be the first to break a story and sell papers.

Thought the casting and acting were really strong as well, could really feel his pain.

Got something similar to that here in CO, the food is a little more basic, burgers, burritos, tacos or whatever, but they have drinks, same types of seating and service.

I really like it, not that much more expensive than $10 box of popcorn with more comfortable seats etc.

Alita battle angel.

Think it came out when I was going for a license so sort of dropped a lot of movie watching at that time.

8.5/10.

Really enjoyed it. Fresh new story from Hollywood. Liked the plot and actors.

Hope the 2nd one gets green lite soon.

This is crazy...I’m in here checking it out. It’s very LA mall style. I’m still sneaking in my Peanut M&Ms down my britches for old times sake. Ohhh not as many showings. Ok,so I’ll book my seats for a weekday. Yeah, that sounds better. I love this feature of picking your seat. That’s great!! Got right in the sweet spot I like. Well this should be fun...burn out, then lay back and watch 3D Jumangi....lmao!! This is gonna be great. Pressing my waiter button...”Agnes dahling....would you please bring me the 2019 bottle of Coke Zero with a glass and a straw?” I’m going to be laughing dude...I know it.

Don’t waste your time, go to a normal theatre. The food is terrible, not to mention higher prices for everything.

If I am not mistaken, you are around the Hollywood area. Treat yourself and go to the theatre inside Universal for about the same price. It costs $25 to park but you get $20 back inside once you get tickets.

No I’m not in the Hollywood area. The food isnt my taste though, but the shakes and drinks looked good. I just wanted try it out for fun...it’s totally not a theater I’d do as a regular thing. But it’s cool to have...there’s also a bowling alley next to it as well...it’s a trip.

Curious about "Knives Out" I love murder mysteries but this was done by the The Last Jedi director which I hated the movie and also seeing all the good movie critic reviews makes me nervous that it is a stink bomb. usually when I see a lot of movie Critics like a movie,it really means it is bad and most likely they paid off the critic to say something good about it.

Wholly Moses - Loved this movie years ago. Watched it this weekend and was nowhere as funny as I remembered it being. Still a few laughs but was excited to see it on and kind of let down.

Skins - On netflix now...not the TV series but the movie. It is a foreign film. Basically four stories involving people with some kind of deformities. Well three had deformities, one character had a mental issue where he did not believe his legs were his...whatever that meant. Movie was really not that good but the one "deformity" just made it so freaking bizarre and to a point silly how it was handled. Gives the term buttface a new meaning. It was cringe worthy just looking at it.

The Night of the Generals

Kind of liked this one. Had not seen it before and I normally like WWII movies.
This one was about a terrible murder. Girl was killed by someone stabbing her about 100 times.
Someone reported it as they seen the killer leaving the room but only saw the persons pants due to being on some stairs or something.
The pants had a red strip and that meant it was a **** General.

Omar Shariff plays a **** officer who is in charge of the murder investigation.

He interviews three Generals in the area. The investigation goes on for years and finally at the end of the movie the murderer is caught.

Omar Shariff, Peter O'Toole, Donald Pleasance, Christopher Plummer are in the movie.

The movie also has the side plot of some of the generals planning the assassination of Hitler during operation Valkyrie. So that is kind of cool.

Peter O'Toole does a great job IMO in this movie.

Alamo Draft House started that in Austin but it's not high end food, basics but they do have their own craft beer.
