It will be due to the players and some assistant coaches, Jason Garrett should still be fired at the end of the season.
No coaching change will ever fix this org... The Jonz family departure, and unorthodox/dysfunctional/meddling way they run this team is the primary issue here...imo! Since that's not likely, just continue to be happy with an average org. We continue to blame **** on the wrong cat...it all starts from the top, like any org! JG isn't in control here...and y'all know it!

That scenario sounds like 99% of the league, all you need is a good coach with current core players.

Even if Dallas went to the Super Bowl and won this year (not that it will happen of course), I doubt Garrett would return because in that scenario, he would have teams lining up for him and his contract would be done with the Cowboys.

With anything short of that, I don't see Jerry trying to bring him back, so either way, Garrett should be gone after the season.

Would have to disagree there... Yes, there are teams in a similar situation, and sort of affected in a similar way, but no...JJ is the Al Davis of the modern world! 1/4 century of failure and still counting!

Be nice now, Haha
That's really tough to do if you're a hardcore DC fan...as you know! But hey...we have a "state of the art" practice facility, to get the players out of the elements while they're putting on their makeup... So we got "that" gonin for us anyways! Next will be the new DC shopping mall, of course...

People love hating on this guy and he is no worse than Williams.

I'd say people love hating Williams but he is no worse than XSF, and he's the young guy we have under contract for the future.

XSF is a better drive blocker and worse pass blocker and puller than Williams.

On a team with a shred of creativity, we'd put XSF in at LG for jumbo packages and move Williams to the first blocking TE. Even see if Williams can run some 3 yard routes and catch the ball.

He got rid of a coach after winning 2 SB, he wouldn’t have a problem letting go of Garrett.

The dream: we win the SB this year, and Giants hire Garrett away and ruin their next decade.

I still remember the stupid "believe" movement with the Keith Brookings picture.

Dallas isnt playing past tomorrow.

At the beginning of the week I thought Philly may lose to the Giants and I posted that.

I was drunk.

Sorry.
