You'd be an idiot to truly believe the cowboys are going to win. Rooting for them is one thing. Predicting/betting they win is another.

Everything is not in our favor for this game. McVay already smoked us. Gurley, Goff, and his receivers are getting hot at the right moment, while we continue to go downhill.

Ok, I will be the 1st, and maybe the only one.
We will win the game...put it in 3 inch headlines...

Oh, wait, flashback to January 1994.

I think we drive down the field and Jason wants to show off his new toy Kai Forbath for a FG attempt. But does he make it?
Then the defense, well the Rams never punt in this game.
Offense after the 1st FG attempt, they get a TD from Gallop and a late garbage TD somehow.

41 to 17 Rams

Jerry says afterwards, I think Garret can win out and win the division as he cries...thats my coach...
I haven't seen anywhere that we signed Forbath,, is this true?

Quick ,take a leaf from pats, send the Rams equipment to some city across US, so that they forfeit.

So after we get stampeded by the Rams. Does every one want us to beat the Eagles and Commanders and win the division at 8-8.
Or just want the Eagles to put us out of our misery and get a top 20 draft pick and assure Garrett's departure.

- rah, rah homer bias aside. I continue to think teams that specialize in misdirection plays and quick huddles are our utter nightmare walkin' ... and our ghosts forever on our backs,

- we are ever fooled and suckered in by it, we still cannot get off blocks and influenced out of position on too many plays, and opposing teams OL are wearin us down.

- if we had ball hawks and pressure upfront we could sucker Goff into a INT for a TD return, but when do we ever jump a play for that kind of turnover?

- if Gurley gets early success running game, ... game over quickly

- as much as several continue to gripe about Connor Williams he did a heckuva job vs Arron Donald in the playoffs despite his rookieness and learning a new position, and missing a few games per injury.
now Xavier Filo will have his hands full with Donald, so expect Fred will have to slide to help Filo out, which could open some blitzes for Rams.

- Cooper vs Jalen Ramsay - place your money bets now.

-Rams defense surprisingly shut down Russell Wilson offense for zero TDs. - could they do the same to our offense ?

I can never watch a Cowboys vs Eagles or any division rival, no matter what the circumstance, and not hope for a victory.
Draft slotting is never a consideration.

I think it's highly unlikely.

Ramsey will probably play with a chip on his shoulder cause the 2016 draft and shutdown an injured Cooper.

Moore vs Phillips doesn't seem like a favorable OC v DC battle.

Aaron Donald.

Gurley was probably rested all year for this game.

Is it just me but doesn't it look like these teams like CHI and LAR are righting their ship a couple of games before they play the Cowboys?

I do not see the Cowboys winning this because of the D. Oh, not that D, Defense, the other D, you know the one the Cowboys never seem able to overcome, Distraction.

He just doesn't get it, does he? He runs his mouth, gets all of this stuff going because he loves the attention and makes his players answer questions they'd like to avoid. And not just from the media, family and friends too. If you knew a player personally, wouldn't you ask what's going on because most people think they know what's behind the curtain.

I would give the Cowboys a better chance in LA than at home when all of this is swirling around them. Imagine trying to just focus on your job if all of this was going on around you. These guys are human just like the rest of us, when your world is off the axis, you ain't right.

There are a lot of things we humans can block out and get our focus on the task at hand but the absolute worst is the unknown. The unknown fuels rumor and speculations and when the unknown is just that for too long, we humans feel the need to fill it in.....even if we don't like result. Knowing, even if it's wrong, is better than not knowing.

Yep, that only rears it's head at draft time. Hell, we should have lost to them and then we'd have that guy. And what's funny is that we always assume they'd pick that guy.

If they're going to pick Charleton, screw it, win the game.

I don't believe we have any chance against the rams. their offense will shred our defense. they can both run and pass. we can't stop either.

Nope. Cowboys will beat Philly & Washington and limp into the playoffs at 8-8.
