Just saw a video which i i struggled to watch all the way through because of Skip and Shannon.

But watched because Scandrick doesnt sugarcoat the team, but doesnt try and be cute with his responses either.

Skip and Shannon were there as usually trying to out cliche eachother about Jerrys meddling and pep talks and it switched to Scandrick. The look he had was like he was looking at two idiots, and just said Jerry doesnt give pep talks.

Then they start talking about the players and their play. And again Scandricks just looking at both of them and when it switches to him he says, Marinelli is a guy who runs a strict scheme, fundamentals ect. Then just says this isnt Marinelli's scheme, its Richards scheme. Says Theres a reason Carroll got rid of him. Said he is a great Db coach and repeats theres a reason he isnt coaching in seattle.

Then again skip and shannon go off on eachother and it resorts to talking about the offense. Skip starts talking about Elliot and starts talking about all the cliches this forum talks about. The sticking point, Elliot isnt going nowhere with the ball. Scandrick chimes in and says, how is elliot supposed to get going when there are 2-3 guys on him as he gets to the LOS. How is he supposed to get off when youre running the same plays every week. No changes no adjustments.

This is coming from a guy who was on the team just a couple yrs ago.

Our oline has not been great and we’ve abandoned the run several times
Good RB’s need holes or they aren’t good

In the last few weeks they were running it well from under center on their first few scripted possessions, then went almost exclusively to shotgun from that point on.

Scandrick has been on with Shannon and Cowherd a few times in the last few weeks and had some really interesting things to say about Dallas and how things in Big D.

Dallas scheme is whats the issue with the OL. Schlereth talked about this a few weeks ago. Said how do you have the best set of blockers in the NFL the biggest guys in the league on your OL and youre running a zone blocking scheme. He said it with disgust.

Scandrick wasn’t here last season and hasn’t played with Richard.

Some of the abandoning of the run is the D not stopping anyone but we have really got away from it later in games too much

That is some of it, but they get stuffed a few times, then just stop running the ball.

I could live with them saying it isn't working, but if that is the case they need to have other plays designed to get the ball to Zeke in space. They have been relying on converting 3rd and 8 plus way too much this season.

He said, I dont know who this team is. He says JG is guy who is a leader of men, but not a a leader at coaching. Something like that. Says the players just arent hearing him anymore.

The word "Innovation" and the Dallas Cowboys are never used together. Bottom line is we trot out the same old stuff and hope superior talent will lead us to the promised land. It ain't happening folks. We have a good bit of talent. Using that talent is a coaching issue.
Innovation. Not seen in Dallas since the Landry days.

I wouldn't think it matters whether Scandrick had ever played for Richard or not. No doubt he probably knows players that had played for him in Seattle and probably in Dallas as well

Yep. Saquon, as good as he is was bottled up vs the Iggles. It’s what Zeke has been dealing with all season.

Scandrick has always been a smart football guy. This all sounds about right. I don't think Zeke is the same player, but the play calling often isn't doing him any favors either. Especially the predictability on 1st down.

Thank you.
And this is why I don't watch, or listen, to this corrupt pandering by bleating goats looking for sheep.

All of you who do:
Shame on you.

Now keep posting upon this crap.
