I usually only watch Cowboys games but other teams' players seem faster

I watched two games yesterday featuring non-Dallas teams and dude...what the hell are we DOING?

It seems like other players are faster. Not just footspeed (which they are) but their reaction time. Players get actual jumps on the ball when it's in the air, RBs EXPLODE thru the hole and get going very quickly (like Pollard does), and the safeties giddyup closing on receivers to make the tackle. Which brings me to:

Tackling. Holy Hannah, I'd forgotten what actual hitting to impose your will on other players looked like! I do not know about you guys, but I am sick and tired of seeing guys wearing the star being dragged while holding onto other players and needing 3 and 4 guys to help out to bring a single man down. Someone somewhere is not doing their job, be it the coaches, the players or both. It is bordering on inept and it is shameful. Have some pride! Sack up and hit someone, ferchrissakes!

Do any of you all agree or is it just me?
One thing to remember (it may have been mentioned too) is that you are watching the Flex schedule now so you are seeing really good football teams. And to be honest, we really aren't that good...so, there you go...

Shown previously against who? Our awesome run of 3-0 against 3 of the worst teams in the league? Against the teams on our 27th? easiest ranked schedule?

Getting man handled and thrown around like rag dolls on both side of the los isn’t talent. Getting out run by other receivers or our 90 million dollar RB getting caught from behind by LB’ers isn’t talent. Piss poor throws under pressure isn’t talent. Tackling...really? We need to teach our guys how to do something properly that they have been doing since grade school?

We have more hype and fake “talent” than any other team except possibly the Browns.

I totally concur. This team starts out each new season each year with players being put through the Jones' hype machine which artificially inflates their image and competency. By the time the team starts the season, both the overall team's talent and potential success is so over the top, that it's ridiculous. This has been a pattern over many recent years and we as fans always end up seeing the disappointing reality. This team is what it's record is......mediocre and failing...filled with OHOP players (OverHyped, OverPaid). Thanks again idiot Jones and his puppets.

I watch the Pittsburgh game 2 trust me we're far behind them also and they've lost a lot of players to injury this year

And their 3rd string QB is balling out. Do we even have a third string QB?

The Rams aren't a fast team outside of Cooks. We have players that give 100% every game but our receivers and running backs can't match the speed of the 49ers player. That team is crazy fast.

You're correct about the speed of the Rams. But the WRs Woods and Kupp run good routes. Gotta watch Josh Reynolds on end arounds. I just afraid that Goff will pick on Awuzie all game long.

I watch 49ers highlight and man they have multiple fast running backs and wideout. Sanders, Brieda, Mosert are all so freaking fast! I think they still have Godwin cause that dude is crazy fast. But yeah Rams players are amazing route runner.

The 49ers offense is crazy good with Jimmy G at QB. Besides Breida and Mosert, I feel that George Kittle makes this offense more dangerous.

Update: I just rewatched some episodes of all or nothing. Everyone was faster, even Dak and Zeke. Why have they slowed down so much in such a short time span? They both look heavier this season.

If you're drinking particularly heavy during Cowboys games like most people here, especially this year, the players may appear slower.

yeah I thought the same thing on the going for 2 early, it also is demoralizing to his team if they fail.
Payton isnt all that great, he is good in some areas, not so good in others.
The rams saints game was very good game though, enjoyed that one.
I did not get the buffalo game.
