A Picture is worth a 1000 words....

You beat me to it. I was going to post that exact picture. Jaylon is a good example of the overall Cowboy culture - they're all about themselves and their brand, and team success is a distant second.

So now we're attacking the players, professional athletes and entertainers, for what they wear off of the field? Then saying that correlates to their "job security in the country club"?

Wow. I've seen it all.

It's as if all of the underachievers in this garbage ball club are the only ones that dress flashy and fancy. Color me surprised. /s

"All the players in this league think they’re self-motivated and that’s a bunch of bull because there are only a handful that are self-motivated,"

those are the ones that make the difference

the reckless abandon required for excellence on a football field is about overcoming fear
the fearful will never take on a pulling OG or go over the middle - they suck - cut them

if they are not self motivated in pursuit of excellence - do not hire them if excellence is your goal

I really don't care what you or Jimmy or some shrink thinks about that

most human beings are motivated by fear, cowards / bullies / yes men / low lifes ... it's sad but true
I do not want such people any where near the team in any capacity
if don't understand that, it's because your one of them

the brave are honored and cowards are shunned - that's the way it's supposed to be

Yes! They are all living off of Troy's super bowls. Cowboys haven't won nothing since.

Did anyone happen to see the Andy Ruiz-Anthony Joshua fiasco this past weekend?

The Cowboys of 2019 are Andy Ruiz. They smelled themselves, and are playing like a team that didn't prepare or take seriously how hard it is to win in this league.

Just like Bennett said. It's about the money with these guys vs being champions

I’ll be honest I could line up against Collins and Covington and not get beat every play. They’re both pretty bad. It starts up front in the middle.

I brought up something similar in regards to Covington earlier in the year. My problem is this defense and this wave of rushers theory doesnt work when you have average players at best. Waves of guys who are coming off the bench with energy is ok but if he cant get to the QB or really push the pocket, then being rested and energized means very little.

The waves of rushers and lineman as a hole is really ineffective with below average players. If you had pass rush specialist type of guy who came in on third downs i would understand but watching Hyder and Covington basically take up space and never come up with a big play makes no sense to me.

Cant wait to blow this staff up and let them take their tired and ineffective approaches with them.

The thing that makes me scratch my head is they sub all 4 starters at the same time. How does this staff expect this to work? It’s a huge drop off and teams have been exploiting that all year. As soon as the starters are out teams drive right down the field.

I just think it doesnt make sense from a talent perspective. It's like it works if there is minimal drop off in talent from one guy to the next but if you pull Quinn or Lawrence, their next man up isnt nearly as good as them at getting after the QB. Armstrong has been lackluster, Gregory is not available, so after our starting ends come out, that side of the line is almost a nonexistent threat in my eyes.
