Wow.....even for him.....wow.

Jerry, nobody forgets what you said you were going to do, we are simply pointing out what a disappointing failure that your tenure has amounted to as someone that makes important football decisions.

We are saying that franchise managing decisions should go through you. We are also saying that football decisions need to stop at least one level of management below you.

Those decisions should be made by the expert you hired, as in someone that has succeeded at every level of the profession of talent evaluation and team building.

We are not denying your right as the owner to make the decision to be the GM, We are simply saying it is the most egotistical, selfish, disrespectful, and narcistic decision you could have possibly made and now we all have to suffer as a result.

Get it? No. Of course not. You never will.

Well put, that old fart has guaranteed that he will not see another SB in his lifetime. Bank on it!

So basically he's telling us he's a meddling owner who makes poor football decisions rather than a lousy GM.

It's also apparent he has no intention of changing that method of operation, so don't get your hopes up boys.

This is why it doesn't matter who they draft or pick as coaches.
Our goal as fan base should be to stress him out and hurt his health somehow.
Boycotting would help.

A general is only as good as the men he commands. Maybe Jerry isnt the problem. Maybe its the people around him.
A good general makes the men around him better. Leonidas, alexander, julius caesar. More recently rommel, Patton, and admirals Nimitz and rickover. The problem is jerry.

I think I have a new name for Jerry. Captain Ahab (or Ahab for short). His white whale isn't the SB. It's wanting to be known as a football genius. He's not capable of this but still chases that impossibility to the point that he'll die doing it...never succeeding.

He's insane when it comes to this subject. Nothing will make him change. His ego won't allow it. We're stuck with Captain Ahab at the helm until he is killed by his Moby Dick.
