I think Dak showed the biggest improvement this year followed by Micheal Gallup and Collins .
Also Robert Quinn was a bright spot and Jason Witten after a year off was still Jason Witten

That said The defense regressed horrifically almost unbelievable what happened to our tackling .

The Oline is certainly not the dominant run blocking unit it once was. Zeke isnt bad but after watching Barkley the other night Zekes conditioning is not what I was expecting for an elite RB

Special teams has never been a strong point but this year is a new low

The ineptness of our coaching staff has only been outdone buy our kicking game What do you guys have ??

Witten being Witten is not a bright spot in my opinion. Give me Jarwin as TE1.

Agree with everything else regarding defense, ST, and coaching.

Lewis has played pretty well the more Richard has actually allowed him to play. That fact alone is enough for me to want Richard gone. I'd actually rather see him given a shot over Awuzie who has just been picked on all year.

Agree with everything you said....including Witten being Witten....which is not a good thing. People can read off all the numbers when it comes to Witten....but the one thing you cannot attach a "number" too...is how teams defend us with Witten as our TE. He compresses the field and creates more traffic because he is not explosive. He should have been used almost exclusively as someone that could get position and body a defender in and around the goal line. But he has been bullied a LOT this year...when in the past he could do the bullying. He may be the best TE on this team...but if that is true...this team was never a Super Bowl contender.

I think our entire coaching staff has been exposed and everyone needs to be fired.

I think we also found out another problem is the culture within Dallas. Our players don't really care about winning as much as they do about social media, stats, likes, etc. This is a league wide problem, but its special within Dallas. Not sure how we're going to change everyones mindsets on the 53 man roster, but hopefully something can be done about it.

That's the good thing about losing. You can clearly access your problems. The only thing getting in the way of stopping those problems is the one and only senile Jerry Jones.

Now we know that not only should we fire Jason Garrett, we should fire O'Quinn, Moore (maybe), Rod, and Richard.

We also learned that 99% of our players lack what the other NFL teams have. Brotherhood, leadership, energy, passion, will to win, effort, ability to just have fun. I mean we've seen it multiple times. They don't defend the Star and they don't even defend themselves when they get mocked, embarrassed, and bullied. Just the other day on Cowboys talk, Dak said "its the game" when the reported asked about how he felt being mocked. He simply doesn't care. What a shame .

The prospects for the future have vastly improved.

a 3 game losing streak from here out will only make them even better....its just hard to imagine this team doing anything down the stretch...guess ill give them the next 2 games and then we will see..

Anything that insures a new coaching staff is going to improve the prospects for the future.

I hear ya just saying I knew because it was Jason Witten he would get a lot of targets and at least there was not a drop off from when he went to the booth but yes we need to give Jarwin the reps

Nice summation.

Our LB's are getting beat up badly due to a terrible interior DLine. Ball carriers are getting a free run at them way too often.

And I'm a huge Witten fan, but even I can see the regression. I'm afraid he's done.

If Jarwin cannot outplay him(And w/ this crapp coaching staff, who knows if he is or not), then we need a new starting TE.

I really don't see how anyone can claim Dak didn't improve. He improved tremendously, but he's never going to take that final step under this crapp scheme. Get a legit HC in here, and those who don't believe in Dak would be shocked at the difference.

I sit and wonder what the heck you're going to post when come next season Dak is still well "Deer in the headlights" Dak against good teams?
I'm sure you will find some new lame excuses or false dreams to sell us....
