Kind of conflicted here because i understand that it might be important to him.

However, i dont think anyone that is pptentially going to playoffs wants to be in the probowl because they would rather play in the SB. Does this tweet mean that Jaylon already given up on the season?

It's not about being in the probowl, it's about being selected, it's ego stroke.

Jaylon Smith caught heat a few times in last week’s loss to Chicago, including breaking out The Swipe after a fumble recovery when trailing 24-7. “The Swipe is so much more than a celebration,” he said. “I’m trying to eradicate all the negative energy that’s happened in the past and trying to create some momentum to help propel us forward. It’s something I’ve done since I was a sophomore in high school and it’s worked, so we’re going to keep it going. But we’ve got to turn things around.”

Shut up Jaylon. This team pisses me off. "Eradicate negative energy"? Seriously? Not only do our players believe that they are celebrities, now Jaylon sees himself as some voodoo/spirit wielder . This team really is a circus/fair show.

What if I told you that legendary dedication and work ethic in coming back from the injury was all to get that bag and build that brand?

I would agree. I’ve never seen someone do such a complete 180 in terms of attitude and demeanor. After he got paid, he went from being this humble, God-fearing guy with a good sense of perspective to this brand-obsessed, business decision-making prima donna.

The guy has gone full Hollywood. The responses are hilarious.

Is he serious? He’s been good enough for the Toilet Bowl Invitationals, but he’s pumping himself for pro bowl votes? Whatever....put it on the tab with all the other dumb things this year.
