I still think we are very talented. We need a coach who can use the players to the strengths instead of just trying to squeeze them into a role regardless if it fits them or not. Also, we need to play as a team. Its just a bunch of individuals playing right now. Why we are letting Garrett finish the season out is beyond me. He is clearly not right for this.

This is the most talented bunch of losers in the NFL from the top right to the bottom

Overrated does not mean it isn't a talented roster. In fact, Aikman says at the end of that statement that most believe it's a REALLY talented roster.

My feeling is that it wouldn't be viewed at overrated if the coaches were maximizing the talent.

troy is right about jerry jones and the roster needs some work but its no where near a 6 and 7 roster troy is taking up for his boy Jason garrett the coaching on the team is junk from top to bottom garrett is a clown and troy is not going to cover up for that

I don't think he cares, wasn't planning on working for Booger anyway. Troy knows him too well. And it's not just putting up with Booger, it's the whole Highland Park Hillbilly clan.

In my days, I have seen a hell of a lot of family run businesses and not one I'd ever work for or around. And that next group of Joneses coming up looks like they all got the ugly flu. Good thing they're going to have money. That kid that went of to Arkansas looks like his Momma had an affair with Mr. Potato Head, got those serial killer eyebrows.

I honestly can't disagree with this. The problem is that Jerry won't hire a top notch coach and let him do what needs to be done. That includes hiring his own staff. As long as the Jones' own this team, it doesn't matter. Stephen will not be, and has not been, any better. The Jones' want a yes man and a puppet to rule over. They don't want somebody who's going to tell them to stay in the booth where they belong and stay the hell out of the coaching decisions.

You have to be an idiot to think this isn't one of the 5 most talented teams in the NFL. The problem is that every deficiency they have is constantly exploited because they have the absolute worst coaching in the league. I don't think there's a team in sports with a more detrimental coaching staff.

The last line is what matters.
