The seats are all sold and paid for by may 1st because of the PSL's. If you dont want your psl anymore you have to sell your psl, whoever buys it is now required to pay for the tickets...and they pay by may 1st.

he already created a way to sell all the seats regardless of the teams quality. He could run 9 midgets a Ballerina and RG3 out as the offense and the seats would still be sold.

Having said that, the ticket exchange is full of unsold seats on the secondary market for sunday and I bet there are actually empty seats for the game but do not mistake that for seats not sold.
