Cowboys fan says approximately 5-10 %
Jerry approximately 30-50%

Chances I remain Cowboys fan within next two years after being Cowboys fan more than 50 years is approximately 10-20%

Obviously these stats are not really known. But, it is evident that the Cowboys are stuck in a mediocre mindset.

Thoughts?

So, what if we win out? Not at all likely, but what? We forgive and forget?

Not coming back. I wonder what the odds are that he gets another HC gig.

If Garrett manages to back into a playoff spot its very likely Jerry uses that as an excuse to retain that moron. And like others have said, if that happens I'm finding something else to do on Sundays.

Despite Jerry's "protests and proclamations", I can't see another team rushing to hire Garrett after watching him drive the Cowboys ship into the iceberg this year. Anyone objectively looking from the outside can see that this was always a Jerry Jones vanity project that never came to fruition. And no other team or owner would have been this patient this long (save for maybe Brown and the Bengals and look where their exceeding patience with Marvin Lewis got them?)

Garrett talks it better than he walks it, so maybe he has a future in broadcasting or administration if he wants it? But the fact is, head coach just isn't his thing and he should give up that dream. The guy conned Jones out of about $50 million so he should be set financially and not be forced to work again at all if he doesn't want to.

As long as Garrett still has the job, the odds that Jerry finds an excuse to keep him are 50 50. If Jones cared about what the rest of the sane world thought, Garrett would have been gone years ago.

As of now it's still undetermined.

If they miss the playoffs= fired
If they happen to make the palyoffs but lose in rds 1 or 2= fired
If they go to the Championship game and lose= ??? 3 year extension ???
If they somehow go beyond the Championship game= 10 year extension
