What would a win mean tomorrow against the Rams?

It likely won’t change the fact that we need to win the final two games of the season unless by a miracle Philly loses. So what would a win mean to you?

point in time victory nothing more?

indicator that there is hope?

fools gold?

For me it would show that this team has decided not to lay down, but that’s where it would stop for me. For the record I think they get crushed but will give them the benefit of the doubt to see if they can salvage the season:

Here’s hoping we have something to be excited about tomorrow night

this team is pretty much done they have won 3 games out of their last 10 they will be lucky to win another game this season when the losing starts and the coaches cant figure out how to stop it usually it don't get any better when its crunch time and there have been plays to be made this season this team has failed big time they have done the things that losing teams in the nfl do this year

to me, Dallas doesn't care about this game - they can get blown out and it doesn't matter - they know that if they win games 15 & 16 that they host SF or Sea (sounds like one and done to me)

hate that mindset, but I can just hear that putz say in his post-game "we got beat by a really good team. But, if we can handle business in Philly and at home vs Washington, we will make the playoffs" he smirks with that punchable face when he says "we just want the last game to mean something"

(of course you do you loser)

It gives us a W. That's all. This team needs multiple wins in order to begin to change most of our minds to their destiny.

kinda sad were at this point with a team that had so much promise in September isn’t it...just would be good to get a w

Honestly, if the eagles win at 1 it means squat. Other than were are meaninglessly tied for first until next week

A victory tmrw would be a display of heart, pride, passion, and professional maturity. Doesn’t change much in terms of what they will still need to do in order to clinch the division— and certainly does not mean they are suddenly contenders— BUT, it would mean beating a team that has a winning record and would be a boost in confidence for sure.

That said— I don’t see them winning tomorrow. The Rams are simply the better team and they are playing better football right now.

It feels like this team’s destiny to win a weak-sauce NFCE and get demolished in the first round of the playoffs.

it could start a new run 3 game win out run and be on roll in the playoffs..

I refuse to be negative like 80% of this forum.. I choose to want this team to win and make the playoffs and wont say it will be one and done.. you play the games because a lot tend to buck predictors and trends..

"It's why we play the games"

I think a win means we are still alive week 17 even with a loss to the Eagles. Eagles would have to lose week 17 and Cowboys would have to win week 17.
