What would a win mean tomorrow against the Rams?

Winning vs. the Rams likely wouldn't make much of a difference in the long run. In fact, losing would very likely ensure an affective revision of our coaching staff on both sides of the ball. That might be a sad way to see our reality but might also be the secret for our FO to face the changes that must be made.

It likely won’t change the fact that we need to win the final two games of the season unless by a miracle Philly loses. So what would a win mean to you?

point in time victory nothing more?

indicator that there is hope?

fools gold?

For me it would show that this team has decided not to lay down, but that’s where it would stop for me. For the record I think they get crushed but will give them the benefit of the doubt to see if they can salvage the season:

Here’s hoping we have something to be excited about tomorrow night

My thinking is the same as yours. It would show me that they haven't laid down and quit on this season. I'm expecting to see more quit on Sunday and for the Cowboys to again get embarrassed, but I feel they somehow manage a win it will show me that maybe they still do care.

But given the damage done, and the disappointing losses we've seen, my faith will not be restored this season, or until Garrett and most, if not all of this coaching staff (depending on what the new coach wants) are gone.

yeah buddy on the same page....who knows maybe they will come out fresh after the time off and do something special....or maybe they will have a single td drive and then look like hot garbage for 53 mins

I would rather lose out for the better draft pick.

I'll put a 5-spot on the latter!

a step in the right direction.
this team lacks confidence.
a win over a good team will help that.

I'll give it my best Mark Wahlberg impersonation, "Hope ain't a tactic Don.." This team is not motivated enough and doesn't believe in itself to win. They say all the right things individually but not as a team. Does not matter what you say. "Hope to win the game", "Hope the injury is healed", "Hope they execute better" etc...time is up! Put up or shut up!!

To me, I just want to cue up that Herm Edwards clip, "You play to win the game." IMO whatever the situation, a win is always better.

just another win for the "Mediocre Fans" to crow about.

hopefully JJ has seen the light, but i doubt it.

It would mean the Rams team plane was stranded and they forfeited.

They aren’t winning tomorrow even if we keep talking and willing it into existence.. we will get blown out.

I will however reserve a 1% glimmer of hope.
